I've used Rank Math's free version for years and it's hands-down one of the most generous SEO plugins out there, schema, sitemaps, GSC integration, redirections, the lot. Recently upgraded to Business for some extra features, and during the process accidentally rolled over from a free AI Content Writer trial into a paid subscription. Emailed support for a refund and had a confirmation back within 30 minutes. Genuinely impressed, Rank Math isn't just a brilliant piece of software, they actually look after their customers too.

Rank Math is probably the most complete SEO plugin I’ve used for WordPress. Plenty of features, even on the free plan. Easy to use and very helpful for improving on-page SEO and overall site structure.
The paid features add even more value, particularly the advanced schema system, which offers great flexibility and control over structured data.

Rank Math's Content AI extremely disappointing
I chose Rank Math SEO because I believed it to be a reliable company. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
After using Rank Math's Pro SEO main plugin successfully, I attempted to use the Content AI trial, but it never worked. The system repeatedly indicated that I needed to connect my account, despite multiple attempts to do so.
Now that I have upgraded to the paid version, the exact same issue persists — I am still being prompted to “connect your account.”
I have carefully reviewed all available documentation and video tutorials and followed every step, many times, yet the issue remains unresolved.
In effect, I have paid for an additional module that is not functioning.
Furthermore, as a Pro user, I attempted to submit a support ticket, but the designated support link is not working: support.rankmath.com_product_rank-math-pro-business
The only response I have received is from an automated bot. However, replies take approximately 24 hours, and each response fails to provide a solution — instead, I am repeatedly asked the same questions I have already answered multiple times.
At this point, I am seriously questioning the reliability of Rank Math SEO’s service and support.
I would appreciate a prompt and effective resolution to this issue.

Rank Math is very helpful when building and revising SEO content for pages. It would get my 5 star, but it failed on a critical mission. I build a template for site-wide use using Elementor Theme Builder for posts. Created my first template-based post and Rank Math could only read the basic content, SEO Meta Desc, Focus Keyword in URL, on featured image Alt, but FAILED to do a word count, says 0, with keyword density as 0, no headings as expected with keyword yet the post is rich in those.

That limitation could explain why you’re seeing zeros in the analysis despite the post being content-rich.
