Martin's service today has been excellent. He arrived promptly, set up our new alarm system, showed us step by step how to operate it, and cleaned and tidied up afterwards. A friendly and helpful individual that it has been a pleasure to do business with today.
Marty (who owns Ram Security) was warm and friendly on arrival and made us feel right as ease. He quickly assessed the job and got to work straight away. He installed a new external sounder with new cable supplied by me. The work was carried out and tested in a timely fashion, he then produced a fully itemised receipt which he signed to say it was fully paid.
