i have had very bad experience with this online company and very unprofessional
my order is still not delivered to my brothers
i have emailed and called but no response as to why it’s not delivered

Very poor customer service. I ordered 1set of Rakhi with 3 customised cushions and mugs. Only Rakhi got delivered and still chasing them for personalised item. No response on phone or what's app. Sent several messages but no reply. Beware of them. Don't order gifts with them. They might be good on delivering Rakhis only but not gift items with it.

I booked my rakhi on 19th August with the false projection on their website that it will be delivered on 21st August (a day before rakshabandhan) . It is end of the festival day now and the delivery still hasn't been made. I am disgusted with the service/ false advertisement. They could have very easily chosen for an express delivery but it appears like they didn't and on Bluedart's tracking website the expected delivery date is 25th August. Cheers to their advertising team for being successful in minting coins out of people's vulnerability!

I ordered an AD designer rakhi from their website and they have sent me another local kinda rakhi.
They said, that the rakhi I ordered went out of stock and they will try to arrange the product .
Its been 6 days, neither I have received the Order, nor they reply .
No one picks up the call at the provided phone number .

People, don't get fooled by the fancy design they show on portal.You will not get the same thing.
Its better to order from Amazon.
Rakhi might not be that fancy, but atleast you will get what you ordered else you can talk to cx service executive in case of any problem.
