Rajiv conducted the workshop with high energy, bringing a lot of his own experiences and learning. It was brutal and honest. I kind of expected a great experience from what I'd heard and read.
I was not prepared for how approachable Karan was and a special mention to Rovin Raj of Dreamkraft who went out of his way to help me find a tablet, to 5he extent of giving me one from his own kit.

Hey! It was a great three day investment. I’ve got a lot of insights and ideas about business being a new founder. It’s made a lot of dots and broken down business as a science. Everything feels so much easier and doable now and removes so many self doubts.

I think clarity builds up so much more confidence and I can feel more confident after these 3 days spent with Rajiv.

I wish has done this 10 years ago . Better late than never. I’m very happy that I have done this course . I’m sure implementing the PACE way will double my business easily . This will make my team more aligned . All the things that are going wrong will fall into place . This will make me also a finer human being . I’ll be creating several second line leaders .

It was a great. I got to know at what stage our company. Where we are lagging? I got roadmap how to take and where to take our company. Thanks for such great session. High energy.

If you ask me a single thing on the Program , it’s getting me a clarity to be a full time husband for my wife , a full time father for my children, a full time son for my parents and a full time brother for my siblings.

It was like Rajiv had a camera in my head and my life. When you explained the stability business owner condition, it was an eye opener. The business tools and systems are great. The other tertiary things you learn, the subtle hints on life changes, personality changes that are needed, those add a whole new lever of value to the entire program.
