Got my bifolds fitted with rainbow and I am over the moon! Not only were they were super competitive on price, but the quality is superb!! I dealt with Phil and Emerson who were both so professional and dealt with any queries promptly. The lead time was really good too! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

I’m sorry to say, but working with Rainbow has been a bit like being on a hidden camera show, almost comically bad every step of the way. All I needed was my FSG replaced, and hilariously I picked Rainbow as I thought it would be painless to get it sorted quickly. It has been a fight every step of the way - and 3 months later (first contact was August), I still have nothing except a LOT of stress, anxiety and lost time! For every time they said they would call me ‘by the end of the week’ I’ve effectively had to chase them down myself. At this point, I COULD have taken it on myself to follow up again (for another empty apology and fresh promise I expect), but at this point I’m exhausted by the whole thing. And here I am, back at square one, but thankfully with my refund (eventually)!
