I live in UK and very fast delivery what I expect. Quick respond for them for email conversation and great explanation of any questions from me. I tired several Airsoft online store from Hong Kong, seldom of them will have a good communication if I ask for their products information. I will try to order from them again.

Not to be recommended. Shipping problems and a bad attitude from this Airsoft shop. Reading some of the other comments here, I don’t appear to be alone in this negative experience. There really are much better HK shops for Airsoft. So save yourself a lot of trouble, wasted time and potentially lost money on these deadbeats.

This is the first time I bought from this online store and it was sent to the UK. At the beginning, I doubted whether it was credible. I first contacted them by email. They responded quickly and provided different opinions. I appreciate on it. I placed an order before Christmas, and I haven't received the goods for about two weeks. I contacted them by email. They explained that the delivery will be slower than normal due to the peak mail period of Christmas and New Year's Eve. After waiting for a few more days, I received the goods. Although it took a little longer, their service attitude and speed are really good, there is no doubt about it. I will shop in this online store again because products bought locally are too expensive. It's a good store Rainbow 8.

I used to be a loyal customer but have had many issues with rainbow8 since the last few years and so canno't recommend this website any longer - at the end i had to open a dispute and still waiting for a solution ( since more then a year - hundred of euros blocked by rainbow8 and just ignoring my messages ), there are still many other options where to purchase similar products, even within Europe ...sadge!

A fantastic company to do business with always helpful I have spent thousands of Dollars in aftermarket parts.Any mistakes made were at my end and were quickly resolved within minutes of correspondence.Thank you Rainbow8

These guys are by far “THE BEST” company to deal with online from my experience. After 5 recent orders they have been absolutely perfect. Yes the shipping time may take slightly longer because there is no option for FEDEX express shipping but they have the most stock of any company when it comes to Airsoft Masterpiece Stock or LayLax Nine Ball 6.00 Barrels. Also they are very professional. Due to a circumstance beyond my control I have unfortunately had to cancel my $300 order from them and after a brief email explanation i received A full cancellation and Full refund/reversal of my PayPal payment within 2 mins of asking for a cancellation and full refund. Unlike other companies where they will do absolutely anything & everything to keep your money. These guys are the best….

They scamed me. Left out some of my ordered parts. Then blamed me to scam them. Can’t recommend that shop.

My package arrived far ahead of schedule. It came in a heavily padded box and was triple bagged for extra protection. The quality is just fantastic. I use this place all the time for airsoft parts so I know the care and padding they put into my package is not a rare occurrence. I highly recommend.

I tried to buy a couple of magazines from them, I've never had any trouble buying from HK but this time the package got returned to sender and I asked for a full refund. They said it was not their fault and that products shipped to some countries would rely on "luck" to go through THEIR customs and arrive to me, and that this information was easily available, which was not the case too!
Had to ask for a full refund on paypal only to in the middle of the dispute they offer to give me a full refund if I closed the case. Of course I didn't accept that and waited for PayPal to give my money back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! There are many others that can offer better prices.

I have had good experiences with the shop .
However , they should fire their web designer .
The state of the website is terrible .
Its too resource intensive , it has very narrow fov and lastly it has shaky "add to cart " pop up .

An absolutely brilliant site for all aftermarket parts. I have ordered £100's of pounds worth of stuff from here for custom builds as the prices are incredibly low compared to the UK.

The one issue I did have was resolved easily and quickly in which I bought a barrel thinking it would fit my gun, they gave me a voucher for half the value of the product which was incredibly helpful.

This is the perfect site if you are looking to build custom pistols or require original parts.

Here's what my experience of rainbow8 feels like:

I tried to buy a dog, they sold me a cat and when I complained they said that I should go to a vet and get them to fix the problem as 'some items may need modification'.

I ordered replacement front and rear sights for my TM G18c from them. To their credit, it shipped incredibly quickly from HK; however, the fast shipping isn't enough to save them from the 1 star review.

The sights were completely unfit for purpose.

The sight had two issues:
1) The screw supplied was far, far too short to ever fit into my TM G18c.
2) The screw was completely the wrong thread. This matters on a G18c as it was to fit through the fire select components in the slide and the supplied screw will not because of the threads.

I suspect the rear sight is designed to fit a G17 of a different brand and they're simply listing it as a TM G18c part to sell more of them.

I reached out to Rainbow8 for a refund, with pictures of the problems, and they basically gave me the middle finger, told me to sit on it and spin. They simply waved a disclaimer in my face saying that some parts require modification to fit and may need a gunsmith. Frankly, they shouldn't be advertising it as fitting a specific model of gun if it doesn't. They try to use this blanket disclaimer about 'some parts may need modifying' to cover themselves when they're basically just selling random parts to people which will never fit the guns they are advertising as fitting.

Aside from a refund, they have also explicitly refused to even exchange the product and basically said it's my problem now.

Getting a gunsmith to modify this would be extremely costly and because it needs rethreading, I doubt it's even possible because of the small size.

I would avoid at all costs. There's no telling what you're getting with these guys. They just seem to send any old thing out and then surprise surprise, it doesn't fit and they wont help you in any way.

I have since opened a paypal dispute in an attempt to get my money back.
