I ordered three battery eliminator cables from RageCams and one broke. I sent it back to them for repair and they lost it. Then they found it apparently. Now they won’t respond to my messages trying to get it back. This is over two months ago.
Order binoculars for Christmas-was sent a package of cables instead. I reported this and they claimed package was signed for and delivered which it was but not what I ordered. Dennis(owner) promised to refund and then proceeded to tell Ebay I received my item. I have tracking numbers from usps and emails from Dennis-total scam of a company.
I ordered a part, seven weeks later they say it's been delivered because the delivery company they used (USPS in the USA) list it as delivered on their website.
I asked for proof of delivery from the seller and other than it being listed as delivered on the USPS website, there's nothing with my signature on it and no photograph of it at my door. A listing on a website that simply says delivered, is not proof of delivery.
They were rude and unhelpful from the start and I posted this in an eBay review of them.
I offered to go 50/50 on the cost of the item, $20usd each and they reported me to eBay for trying to extort money out of them. I was not!
I have still not received my item, regardless of what some delivery company says on a website and these people have been horrible to deal with.
