I have picked 3 items after browsing in the St. Albans store. Azin has been very welcoming and helpful throughout our ordering journey. Everything has been delivered on time as expected and the delivery guys were very efficient in assembling the sofa. So happy with our purchase, great quality worth every penny. Love our sofa, accent chair and our teak root side table

As a family we have had a mixed experience with Raft Furniture. Our sofa was super, just as we wanted.
Unfortunately, osteoarthritis made turning and plumping up of the feather cushion interiors an arduous task. We reordered fibre cushion interiors and our experience with Raft deteriorated. Turns out that, as we had washed our cushion covers and had now shrunk slightly thereby no longer fitting the new fibre interiors that incidentally were delivered oversized, Raft would not help us anymore. We had no information to say do not wash covers that have fire retardant applied. Our new oversized sofa cushions had to be returned to Raft to be mechanically fitted to the covers! We have an ongoing issue with them regarding a badly torn interior cover, but to no avail.

Lovely environment and great service! They offered us fresh drinks as we were looking around at the beautiful furniture. Easy to see the wood is of the highest quality and care in manufacturing. Must visit!

SOFA HIDDEN COSTS/RUN AWAY!
They REFUSE TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT after a year
This company made me pay a deposit for a sofa 1 year ago when we agreed all the term. They organised a video call to take measurements of my building instead of doing it physically then after the video call told me that first my flat was on the last floor so I had to pay extra money for delivery ( which was already offered for free by the seller when I paid the deposit), then they told me that I would have to pay extra money to build the sofa differently as it wouldn’t fit the doors of the building and turn! I argued that it was never discussed when I paid the deposit and on top of that I had a bigger larger sofa that I was rented already in my flat and I had the company who rented me the sofa who actually came physically to take measurements and confirmed. They told me that if I refused to pay the extra money to build the sofa to fit the doors and stairs of my building that would be my own risk. So I obviously refused, as they could create fake excuses the day of the delivery saying that it doesn’t fit! They proposed a credit note as we couldn’t agree on the order. Why would I pay for a sofa with a company giving me different price information after I pay the deposit? Then telling me that if I refused to pay more to build the sofa then they can’t guarantee it would fit my building ? I would have lost thousands of dollars of pounds! Very disappointed.
It has been a year! I didn’t find anything else to buy in this place and I would NEVER trust them again with any order. They refused to give me back my deposit! I bought my sofa( bigger one) with a company who came to take measurement and took full responsibility for delivery with not hidden/extra costs . I am still expecting my refund !!

I had a beautiful glass of prosecco, the staff were charming, and the furniture is beautiful (British-made, Preston Road). Planning on visiting online and hopefully purchase.

Bought a sofa from Raft Furniture and couldn't be more pleased. Hosna (from St Albans branch) was so helpful arranging fabric samples to be sent out to my home address. I was worried about getting the sofa into my flat (second floor) and they explained I could have the sofa delivered in parts and assembled in the room so I didn't have the worry about access. Excellent communication about delivery and the sofa is very comfy.

We had a small problem with the leg of a recently purchased sofa. Within two days of reporting the issue, RAFT sent round a team to resolve matters quickly and efficiently. Great Service

Excellent service from Amin and Kamil at the Westfield White City store! Both were super professional and welcoming. I saw a rug I loved and they managed to have one in-store within 24 hours. Really happy with my purchase and will definitely visit again for more items. Highly recommend Raft Furniture! Thanks Amin and Kamil for a great shopping experience!

Lubo is fantastic to work with. I left the studio totally inspired. I had some ideas of my own and he seamlessly incorporated them into his and brought everything together. Lubo made a complicated process seem so much simpler with his understanding of my needs and his own design skills. Raft is one of my favourite places for customer service!

Had an amazing experience at the Westfield Branch of Raft. Kamil the store manager provided us with great information and improved our knowledge to make informed decisions on the type of sofa we required for our new property. Kamil was able to work with another colleague to mock up how our sofa would look in our lounge with minimal measurements to give a real life representation. This was a really great service and would highly recommend to any novice searching for a new sofa for the first time. We eagerly await designing our new sofa with the aid of Kamil and seeing it within our house!
