Prompt delivery

I was referred to this site from one of my friend who regularly purchase from here. At fist I was little hesitant about the reviews, but it turns out they are really impressive at what they do, I understand there could be some challenges here and there for customs, but the customer service is really helpful. Highly appreciated and thank you!!

Have not recieved parcel yet. Delivery attempted but left without any delivery attempt note.

Now more than 3 weeks I did not receive my order,shipment returned to your company according to you service department bcs no dr prescription!!,strange.
I order homepathy not medicin, plz resend back or return my money back,l never had such problem from other company.

I have not received the items yet. The items are stuck with US Customs. I have reminded Raffeldeals several times and am having lots of trouble to get a refund since they are not helping with release of the items from customs despite several reminders. Fedex has also sent them several reminders with no response

My shipment was returned by customs as paperwork was incomplete.
This is really unprofessional , I waited for so long and finally Fedex told me today the has been returned to sender.
Either you ship this back on fedex express or return my funds so that I can order these from another shipper from India.

This is so frustrating.

Customer service needs more active towards customer issues. Still I, am waiting for a feedback & answer for my last order status. I, hope to hear something from you soon from you. Thx.

Order arrived as promised

This order would be Last order for Canadian customer like me . Till now I got my order covered with any customers charges the order may incur was usually refunded by Raffeldeals. From now onwards, I got an email stating that they would not process any customs charges for any future orders. Mostly all my orders from around 2 years have incurred import duty and I have been assisted with excellent service , but I am disappointed with the latest decision of support team and have to stop ordering being in Canada as it would be extremely expensive for a customer to order. I hope they review their decision.

I really disappointed with them because I didn’t receive my order which I ordered last month.i tried to reach to this company organisation but no response then called fedex which is the company through they post my order to deliver when I talked to them they said your order being smashed that’s why you didn’t get your order so they also tried to reach this company owner but they also couldn’t reach..now plz tell me where is my fault,I just placed a order and wasted my money..not even they picking up ph or response to email .they should have to return my money or they should have to resend my order through someone good courier service…but anyway am not happy at all I do not want to give them a single star but it wasn’t possible so I had to give them one star ..

You did not deliver yet and asking for feedback. It’s already delayed. You should be ashamed of your service!
