Stay away from their custom wheels
If you care about details like getting the thing you ordered and customer service look elsewhere, 'cause Erdmann doesn't seem to care.
I've shopped with Erdmann twice. In '22 they forgot to pack the spokes I ordered, but apologized and sent them when I got in touch. Decided to give them another go now as their custom wheel service allowed me to get what I wanted, 32 spokes in the front and 36 in the rear, though at a higher price than competitors.
They mistakenly put 36 spokes in the front wheel as well. I asked what they wanted to do to fix it. They said it would be bothersome to send the wheel back and build a new one, but offered me a 15 euro discount on the 350 euro wheelset to help them save shipping back and forth and the parts & labour for a new wheel. Not impressive.
I've now had to send the old wheel back and they've built a new wheel and done so quite quickly. Perhaps a bit too quickly, 'cause it just arrived with the logo on the rim facing the other way than the rear wheel and the first front wheel, which is annoying. Oh, just found a scratch on the new front rim as well...
