I purchased a number of things from Radioodity. Always a simple and straightforward process. I bought my first Xeigu G90 package deal. I had one minor issue with shipment on one of the items. A simple email to customer service got it squared away. Canny was on it. I am one happy HAM.

I have had several interactions with Radioddity customer service over the past couple of years and have found them to respond quickly and provide decisive answers to my questions and problems. I would not consider purchasing a Xiegu product from any other supplier based on my past experience.

Radioddity really do go out of their way to help. Tried redeeming but had some unexpected messages and no joy.

Personal follow up, repeated, and a good outcome. Not bad hey!

Canny and your team have been amazing in your customer service and especially your email communication, which kept me constantly advised of the process and progress of my exchange.

I had received my Xiegu VG-4 antenna with piece #4 having a bent shaft and there were no radials. The box was damaged and appeared to have been resealed.

Even though problem was not a defect on Radioddity’s part, (the box was probably mishandled by shipper) your company still took responsibility and provided a return label and an exchange. I packed and returned the damaged antenna and received an entirely new one which was expedited to me in less than a week!
Great Customer Service!!!

I had a broken part on an older radio and customer service went above and beyond to help troubleshoot. When we determined the part that was broken, they were swift to send out a replacement.

We had some issues with the unit we bought so I got a hold of the company and asked if they would help out. They didn't hesitate in sending me a new unit when I showed them what happened with the existing one. I would certainly buy from them again

Radioddity has been excellent to work with. Their communication throughout the process was prompt, clear, and professional, which made everything easy and stress-free. When an issue came up, their customer service handled it quickly and made problem solving simple instead of turning it into a hassle.

I bought a radio bundle and it arrived and I had a question. I sent an email and I was very happy when they responded to my email. My experience with companies responding to support questions through email is very poor. I was very happy to find that they were very responsive and the person responding did not appear to be a bot. It was how customer service should be in my opinion. Very happy.

I had a warranty issue with my Xiegu X6200. I notified Radioddity with the purchase information, they emailed me a shipping label, packed it up and shipped the defective unit to them. They received it snd sent me a new unit as replacement. All within a week. Great customer service.

Really helpful and informative regarding products and services. I will use them again and again.

Having bought the WF-120C weather station system as a gift I wanted to add the external sensors. Alas they were out of stock, so I sent an email asking when they would be back in stock.
I received a reply from Odile and they tried to help me preorder but alas the system wouldn't let them do it with that either.
I was told that they should be back in stock in May and sure enough I got an email from Odile telling me they were back in stock and was given a link to purchase them.
Once they arrived I included them as the gift to my friend and they were overjoyed.
Excellent customer service above and beyond.
