Radioddity is one of Xiegu's authorized resellers. While Xiegu radios are affordable, their build quality is not always the best. Fortunately, when you buy from Radioddity, you can feel confident because they helped me resolve every problem I had with my G90, even replacing the unit at no additional cost. I am truly impressed by their customer service and attitude.

When my order arrived there was damage in transit to the box. The smallest part was missing. It may have escaped through the damaged box. I wrote Radioddity and they cheerfully replaced the part without hesitation or argument. And I might add that it was a costly part. Now that is customer service!

Customer service is genuine not automated, helpful and gave thoughtful consideration which helped remedy a problem. I appreciate that as a repeat customer.

I had a problem with the power meter not showing any power out. I worked through a series of questions in emails and they decided to replace the radio. I returned it with their paid return label and it works great. I intend to use this when I fly to not carry my 7300.

Every time I contacted Radioddity Customer Service for assistance, they responded quickly and courteously. They also resolved my issue. This has greatly increased my loyalty to you. I would like to pass this comment and my thanks to Echo, the agent who helped me.

The measure of great customer service is how they fix things when they don’t go right. Any business can deliver good service when there are no problems. That’s easy.

I contacted Radioddity via their on-line contact portal regarding an issue with the amount of my purchase price. I thought it was calculated incorrectly.

Radiooddity responded very quickly in less than one day, which surprised me. The response was EXTREMELY detailed and specific. It answered my question, and even more. I was impressed and quite pleased!

I had purchased a $25 accessory and was having issues with it working with my radio unit that I had purchased from Baofeng many years ago. I sent a note to support and received the best support ever. They didn't make me jump through hoops or produce receipts or proof of purchase for my stuff. Just solid support with reasonably quick responses via email. This feels like a rare occurrence in this day and age. Baofeng just got a customer for life.

Contacted the team and Odile helped me to place and order for an out of stock item and then made the effort to process a request for goods that were difficult to ship to my address. Thanks Odile!

I 'bricked' my G90 doing the 1.81 FW update. I contacted Radioddity & they tried to lead me how to 'unbrick' it, to no avail. They had me send the radio back (as originally shipped). Sent it back 6/19/2026, they received it in about 10 days (UPS is not always fastest). A new one was shipped USPS (even slower) 7/1/2026. It arrived 7/8/2026, I set it up and it has the 1.81 FW update. Works great! Thanks for the hard work and frequent messaging to keep me updated!

Customer service was excellent. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we bought three of the radios and all three were missing the same part.
Ultimately Radioddity supplied the funds to allow me to purchase the part from a different vendor.

All my experiences have been positive, both in purchases and in consultations. They have always attended to me attentively, resolving doubts and possible setbacks.
In the last purchase, due to a problem with the Shopify platform, the system did not allow me to select the payment method and apply a discount, so I had to cancel and purchase again, with the subsequent refund. Without any problem.
