Quick reliable service and great aftercare. I changed my mind on the colour and there was no problem exchanging it as I was swapping messages with a human for a start and nothing was too much trouble.
The quality of items are fabulous at a great price. They will also put the item where you want it upon delivery.
I've had 3 radiators so far and no problem with anything.

Poor customer service. Missing parts from order
I am happy from my radiators they looks exactly as on the picture. Unfortunately some parts from my order were missing. I contacted you and was told that missing parts will be with me on the next day which I never received them. I contacted you again twice and no answer. Refund wasn't place for missing parts and no one contacted me after that . So that's really poor customer service and that wasn't my first order with you.
