Correct item arrived in good time

Correct item arrived in good time - packaging adequate for the non-fragile goods ordered but box got a bit crushed (no damage to the vacuum bags ordered, hence the packaging being adequate, especially considering the pirce including postage was substantially better than other companies.)

Lack of communication after purchase

Purchased a part for a shark vacuum but had great difficulty in fitting it as the part seemed too small. (Obviously not the fault of the Radford Vac) what is disappointing is the lack of communication; 1. When emailing them for advice on the part and whether it was me at fault in fitting it in correctly, and 2. Emailing again to request a return on the item. Sadly I had no response to either of these emails to solve the issue. I just hope I receive a refund when the item is sent back.

Look here first!

Bought a few parts for the 2 Dyson vacuums. Never a problem with ordering and shipping and if you have you can always talk to them sensibly!
