Can't fault a small independent agent
Just completed on sale of my 4 bed house in Staplehurst
After an awful experience with the big business Wards Estate Agents in Staplehurst we turned to Radfords.
I cannot fault them. Personal touch, they know the market, honest frank discussions, professional at all times.

Proactive and professional
The most professional, supportive firm, all the staff were excellent in customer care. Unlike all other aspects of this house sale and purchase, Radfords was proactive, responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly recommend Geoff and his team.

A very special team of estate agents
This is a very professional and pleasant company.On the day that I rang to view one property, I was not only offered another similar property to view but was able to view them on the same day that I rang. I was accompanied on the viewing by a knowledgeable and thoughtful agent. Each time I have telephoned their office they have always been very helpful. I would say that they have provided the best service that I have yet experienced from any estate agency.
