The latest race card update has completely ruined the experience. It is spread out too much, and very hard to read. Going through the form is more difficult, and it takes far longer. Checking bo... See more

subscribed to the ultimate service. I emailed them asking for help resetting my password as the site wouldn't recognise my new password. After a week I have cancelled my subscription. How many of their staff would be prepared to wait a week to get a password reset? When i rang to cancel my subscription they didn't even have the good grace to apologise. Utterly useless
Horses Formcard Within App
The form of a number of horses is not showing up once you click on the name. "The horse has yet to run a race" is there instead, which is incorrect as I'm looking through the Aintree card where every single horse has ran at least one race! As if the new version of this app wasn't bad enough now this, absolute joke.

Its absolutely crap too slow, have to knock it on and off. Have to revert back to William Hill to watch races
Painful to Use
I have to agree with the other reviews...a nightmare to use and follow..the old app was much better
Still no change, awful, use Sporting Life app instead!
Nothing has changed, in fact if anything it seems even less responsive than my last review. I give up! Now I'm using The Sporting Life app, it's at least user friendly and uncomplicated. I would advise you all to do the same, and then maybe the Racing Post might reconsider it's options and reintroduce the old excellent app. If I could I would give the Racing Post app a minus score, as I'm sure most reviewers would.

Should not have updated!
This was a brilliant app.
Now is clunky, slower, untidy.
Not worth persisting with.
