Unfortunately - ordered for next day delivery after another company let me down. But Was also late from Qwerkity - but Without any notifications from Qwerkity about a delay. It missed the party I neededr it for. Rubbish communication.

If any one looks at the pasted responses they will see they actually off nothing. They throw the task to you to more and trudge through yet again at your cost - again!!
Before I took to Trustpilot I HAD already been through their channels, at my cost explaining the problem. It was not getting satisfactory respond that made me complain, and it was no getting a reply from Idea Wolrd that lead to contacting
Truspilot.
I counted over eighty word for word responses to other complaint being the same as I got.
THERE IS SOMETHING FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG with IDEA WORLD!!!
They insult people, have Bangladesh CSR, they lie about products, they mislead on prices, and have people that send out the reply I got to virtually all of the hundreds of complaint.
Just don't trust to buy from these rogues, their tatty scratch built sets look tacky and home made. This shows the cheap warehouse set up. Their presentor's are truly the oddest bunch of non professionals on downmarket TV. I understand it is massive entertainment for uni for Students watching . I ordered a personalised bottle crate on the 30th November, as a Christmas present. When, towards the end of the week before Christmas, it still hadn't arrived, I phoned Querkity. I cannot fault the young lady I spoke to. She was very helpful, explaining that to be personalised, the item had to go somewhere else to be done. However, nothing could be done and the item wasn't delivered until the week after Christmas. I was very disappointed. The advert had said it could take an extra two weeks from order, for the item to be personalised, which is why I ordered it in November. It was a pity there was no notification of delay - that would have been helpful. I will certainly think twice before ordering again.

Item ordered on 6 Dec with delivery expected within about 2 weeks. Christmas present for our small grandson. Now the 20th nothing has arrived. Sent emails - no response. So not clear whether they are still in business. Certainly feel let down.
Would not deal with them again and cannot recommend anybody uses them.
