I ordered Thompson & Morgan Geranium…

I ordered Thompson & Morgan Geranium 'GeRainbow Mixed' x 5 Jumbo Plugs with a Modern Grey pot with climbing frame. The order arrived without the pot and frame.I contacted QVC who were very helpful stating they had had quite a few calls with the same problem. They contacted Thompson and Morgan to resend the pot. A. Week later the pot arrived however no frame, another call to QVC who again apologized and contacted the supplier 3 days later the frame arrived. I’m a bit disappointed with Thompson and Morgan not sure I will order from them again.

Website is easy to use

Website is easy to use. Emails kept me informed, Evri delivery on time. My only complaint would be quality of checks on bag by Ashwood and then by QVC before sending it out. The cross body strap had been attached wrong way round one side and the zip on middle pocket didn't shut fully.

I enjoy shopping with QVC, the shows are great. The only thing is if you buy more than one item in a show, you have to pay for each item which makes it more expensive.
