I have been a long time customer in…

I have been a long time customer in the US and recently retired early to Sicily. I was overjoyed to find QVC Italia and cloths in my size. Larger sizers are hard to come by here in Sicily. I was able to easily create an account, place an order and was thrilled when my order arrived in 3 days!!! I was so happy I sent all my girlfriends in the US a photo of my QVC package when it arrived! And the jeans fit 😀

SBC Skincare Night Rituals ottimo set per la routine seral. Mio marito li usa perché ha una pelle molto sensibile e con questo set si trova molto bene. La sua pelle rimane morbida e idratata e non arrossisce più, non può fare a meno. Consigliatissimo

Order never delivered

I ordered a "Leifheit Telescopic handle with Easy-Click function" that QVC Italy advertises on its web page deliverable in 3/5 working days. I ordered it on May 8; they confirmed me via email that my item was shipped by GLS courier on May 9. Today it's May 22 they do not know yet where the item is and I never got anything despite I paid it on May 8. This is scandalous for such an item. It was the first but also the last time I placed an order with QVC as they are a totally unreliable. bad and unprofessional company

Ti confermiamo che ogni volta che si effettua una transazione con Carta di Credito viene richiesta l'autorizzazione al pagamento dove l'esercente (in questo caso QVC) verifica la validità della carta e la disponibilità di spesa per l'importo dell'operazione.
Ti confermiamo pertanto che l’importo da te indicato è stato richiesto in qualità di preliminare autorizzazione al pagamento e non come addebito. Tale richiesta di autorizzazione è stata poi rilasciata al momento della cancellazione del tuo ordine. Le tempistiche in cui rivedrai l’importo nel tuo saldo carta dipendono dal tuo circuito di credito. Grazie per aver condiviso la tua esperienza.
