I really need human support

Great product and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this software if you have kids.

Qustodio is a great part of our safety net, giving the child opportunity to proove themselves to the parent and giving the parent the opportunity to oversee the social interactions.
I do wish there was a way to tap on an individual thread between the child and another person rather than having to go through all the conversations of the day.

I have somehow managed to install guidance to control my 13yo's usage of his lap top but frustratingly unable to add his android phone to the parent app. I was able to arrive as 'Allow Now' and after that I just could not proceed further. I have countless times and i must say my blood pressure is increasing with this. It's not user friendly and I just cannot complete what's on their tutorial. There is no help online, no online chat support too. And I managed to find an email 'info@qustodio(dot)com' and sent an email to have failed delivery saying the email provider rejected it. Huh? What?

I am unable to set a time limit for all games - or all apps in a category. That would be helpful.

I cant quite pin point when but there must have been an update and I do not like the app as much. It seems everything has been lumped together in groups as apposed to individual apps.

Maybe with some playing arpubd I will find my way around

Love the location alerts…ARRIVED AT SCHOOL. Some of the Google alerts are off base, for example a warning for drugs and alcohol when he searched for how many ounces were in a movie theater large soda cup.

Very good at controlling screen time for Android phone. Upgraded to premium for son's iPad too. It reads time's up, but my son can still play on the iPad, so wasn't worth the upgrade. Was happy with the free version. Very disappointing!!

it does not automatically disconnect from Internet access when the daily limit is over!

Quotation has refunded my subscription and I am extremely satisfied with excellent service and a prompt response to my concern. It has really helped my kids managing my kids screen time. I have used Qustodio for both of my kids.

The app is helping me more closely monitor my daughter’s activities on her laptop. Still learning how to maximise features but glad I have it.

Qustodio consistently provides superior customer service. I appreciate the ability to speak with a human, not an Aviator or another AI generated tool. The tools Qustodio provides have helped me relax knowing that my daughter is safer online. It has opened discussions about openness and the need for parental oversight.

Very bad customer support. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 3 months, I have contacted multiple times the customer support but never received any answer. I can’t cancel my subscription because the website holding the subscription details does not recognize my email as a client.

I really do not recommend Qustodio, once you’re in, it seems almost impossible to leave!!

Overall, Qustudio did what I wanted it to with easy restrictions for web usage, apps etc. However, no version would allow full use of YouTube (comments, likes, access to all videos). Unfortunately, that’s a deal killer.

I payed for subscription, tried it out for a few days and wanted more features, because the subscription for 59.99 doesn’t have good enough features, I wanted to upgrade and there wasn’t any option, just to buy another for 99.99 so I canceled 59.99 and assumed since I didn’t use it much(!only a few days) that I would get the money back. Nope to their policy they didn’t give me money back and now I have no subscription, nor my money back!

I contacted Apple support, and they said due to policy, they cannot give me the money back. I’m unhappy, and will look at places where I can leave a bad feedback for Qustodio

I have a paid account and the kids easly bypass all and tampered all . Reinstalled many times no use. Very easy to tamper and my kids. 12 yrs kid use phone full functional . WASTE OF MONEY...

locks when my son is using the computer. sadly he lost his 30 win streak in this game called "rivals"? it locked by itself even though the entertainment routine was on. very disappointed as I am paying all this money and doesn't work.

For some reason cannot see phone calls or message threads child seems to get through restrictions.

Subscription auto renewed, was charged for a full year even though we are not using it anymore.
