Went on quotezone to find insurance for our cruise which was for our holiday at the end of August. So once we had booked the cruise in march we were recommended Gigasure .They took details and gave a really good price so we paid and the insurance came to us on line and they only recorded France and not Spain so I phoned and they said don’t worry you are fully insured.I was really unsure about not having the countries name on the insurance so with less than a month before departure,I phoned to see if they would send amended policy,only to be told that we were not insured for Spain due to our age as Gigasure would not insurance the over 70 for Spain so had to cancel that insurance and start again .Really unprofessional as you have to state age at the time of booking ,please be aware as to have turned up with out correct documentation we would not have been able to board for our holiday.

Took advantage of Tesco Shopping reloadable card offered by Quotezone after purchasing home insurance. Paid £1.99 to get the card delivered, three weeks later I am now unable to add money to the card to obtain discounts because "Quotezone no longer have the reloadable card option. The platform is now Digital Vouchers only"! I WILL NOT be forced to buy a smartphone and/or download apps which steal data from phones in order to receive the reward I WAS PROMISED WHEN PURCHASING from Quotezone! Time to make a stand against these companies forcing us to become enslaved in the digital world. It's a slippery slope that leads to our data being stolen/sold on, digital ID and CBDCs where you lose total control of the money you work hard to earn! I will now be boycotting Quotezone and similar businesses who insist on apps to take advantage of their so called rewards! Trading standards need to look into this urgently!

It's a great website very easy to use and I had been looking for weeks to get my insurance cheaper I had been be told as much as £700 but im happy I looked on quote zone £403 all in very very happy
