Got my quooker tap installed today from Ryan. Very efficient. A lovely guy to deal with highly recommended him to anyone thinking of getting one. Well worth it.

Just had my Quooker serviced by Jason. I found him very efficent and professional, he discovered there was an electrical fault with my tank and replaced the unit. I would highly recommend Jason. Very happy with the service.

Experienced some issues recently after 5 years with my Quooker tap. Customer service arranged a service within days.

Ryan contacted me in advance to schedule a time that worked best for me. He arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

In addition, he diagnosed the issue and, rather than the scheduled service, he replaced the faulty parts - saving some time and money.

Paul was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my Quooker tap, and fixed it efficiently. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Gheorghe called and serviced the quoker tap aswel as fixing a small issue. He was very helpful and explained everything. Tap working perfectly and he left everything neat and tidy. Happy customer!

Issue with cold filtered water on Quooker boiler tap.Reported it by email.Very efficient and quick response.Service Engineer Bryan Haberlin arrived very promptly,was personable and highly professional.Rare in my experience to get such efficient responses and such professional service.Would recommend them without hesitation or without reservation.

We had a very quick turnaround with making the enquiring to the gentleman coming out to do the service of our tap. Paul Mulroe was the engineer who was very efficient, his work was tidy and it was hassle free

We had an issue with our Cube unit - contacted customer service and received an appointment for a few days later. Paul Mulroe was out with us today - exactly at the time scheduled. Genuinely some of the best service I have seen - Paul quickly identified and corrected the original problem. He then, in my view, went above and beyond to check other elements of the system, changing a couple of smaller parts that he felt would help - all covered under warranty. Overall, a very straightforward experience and just a pity that not all companies can provide this standard of service.

Quick response to call out request, Paul arrived at the arranged time and repaired and serviced the tap very promptly. He explained and detailed all the parts he replaced very well, so far we are very happy with the service.
