UNUSABLE!

We have been using Quinns the Printers for many years and would have always held them in high regard. Their services were always cheaper than their competitors, always arrived on time and were always of a high quality.

However, within the last year they have moved their production over to the UK and since then we have had nothing but problems. Every single order we have placed since the move has arrived late which has resulted in a loss of profits on our end due to handing out discounts on orders as an apology for the delays.

In addition to our orders being late, it has been up to ourselves to contact them again and again looking for updates which should not be the case. If there are going to be delays it should be the companies responsibility to inform their customer in advance without us have to hunt for answers. Most recently, after two weeks of looking for an update on a delayed order they finally informed me that they could not guarantee the orders completion and would hence cancel the order and issue a credit note (which we will probably never use).

Their sevice of late has been beyond disapointing and professional. The end result is that we now have to bring our business elsewhere and would not recommend them in the slightest unless some serious changes are made in their production or unless they decide to re-open a production centre in Ireland which is highly unlikely.

Ordered 15k flyers > Delivered 12.5k flyers on 2 orders

I have been ordering from Quinns for a few years now for the last 2 orders our order has been short of flyers. I did not count each and every flyer, i weighed 100 then 200 and worked out the weight of product i ordered compared to what I should have received and for the last 2 orders it has been short by thousands or i should say Kilograms. Quinns is essentially stealing from their customers and I would advise anyone ordering 10k+ flyers to weigh their orders upon receipt, this has happened for our last 2 orders. Upon contacting Quinns they say "Oh someone will get back to you shortly" they did not get back to me. Will not use again. The management at Quinns are exceptionally adapt at running a formerly good business into the ground. Sort your systems out.

Disappointing Experience

Quinns is a nightmare. Their customer service is nonexistent. Promised deadlines are laughable; my order, promised in four days, took over two weeks. Don't waste your time or money here.

Delivery was short to start with

Delivery was short to start with, then tried to fob us off with some sort of delivery note even though the one i had clearly showed it was short. When i rang through the guy who answered the phone argued that i was wrong and he was right, ridiculous then after putting me on hold for 10 minutes hang up. woman who rang back was not helpful either again argued we got what we ordered. They are now saying they will send the outstanding amount which we now don't want as this has now been going on 4 weeks, again ridiculous, asked for a refund to be then told they will put it on our account, i have told them no to return to the card as we will not be using their service again. have been emailing and now i'm being ignored never have recieved worse service

Complaint Regarding Order #QTP665740

Quinnstheprinter Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order, number QTP665740, which was placed on 06/02/2024.
Despite being assured of timely delivery within the following week after placing my order, I regret to inform you that I have yet to receive it. The delay in the delivery has caused significant inconvenience, not only to me but also to my customer, who anxiously awaits their order.
I have attempted to address this matter by reaching out to your customer service team numerous times, having placed approximately 10 calls over the past three weeks. Unfortunately, each time I have contacted your customer service representatives, I have been met with uncertainty and no definitive answers regarding the status of my delivery. This lack of communication and clarity regarding the whereabouts of my order is both frustrating and unacceptable.
As a result of this delay, I am now facing the challenge of having to explain to my customer why their delivery has not arrived as promised. This not only reflects poorly on your company but also undermines the trust and reliability that we, as your customers, expect.
I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide me with immediate clarification on when I can expect to receive my order. Additionally, I request transparency regarding any issues or complications that may have led to this delay.
I trust that you will take swift action to rectify this situation and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Avoid Quinns The Printers at all costs.

I have been using Quinns The Printers for over 20 years now (on 100s of jobs) and during that time I've watched them grow, shrink, change hands and then grow even more. The print quality to be honest has mostly / if not always been of good quality and the price is generally unmatched. Quinns are cheap. So why would I never use Quinns The Printers again ... even if they were the last printing company on earth? The answer to that is that they are TOTALLY UNRELIABLE and that is something I cannot work with. They will lie to you about turnaround times, take payments in advance, make false promises and generally drive you to your wits end. They have taken up to ONE MONTH to actually fulfil my orders of late and have lost me some very valuable clients. They will NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND and will never credit your account when they have messed up a job, although they will promise to do so. Avoid at all costs.

Cannot do even simple tasks

I ordered one thing from them 11 years ago and they still email me even though I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their email lists, over many years. The quality of their original work wasn't great and based on their inability to even just remove my email address from their database and continue to contact me without my permission, makes me question their ability to do anything else.

Horrible Company Avoid at any Cost

Horrible Company. It's nearly one month no one at the Company has any clue where is my job. When we ring they always say they will call you back but no one cares.
Avoid... Go to Route1print or Solo Press or Instant Print.

Always late, disgusting customer service.

Cheap yes (sometimes) - late always.

I've used quinns a number of times, of late i have issues with every job I order.

Currently have 4 jobs - all of which are a week late. Asked for a refund and refused, even though they've still not been dispatched - currently waiting a reply saying this is a joke, but one job hasn't even been printed yet and no dispatch date confirmed. How that doesn't qualify for a refund no one could guess.

I stop using them periodically throughout the year, then I get a sales call telling me all problems are now solved and promises of better turnarounds etc.

Basically they're full of promises but can't deliver. They've lost me as a customer now.

I believe this company is not a printer…

Regrettably, my experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. Despite being advertised as a printer company, they appear to outsource print jobs. My order for 5000 leaflets on 170gsm gloss paper was fulfilled with 150gsm silk paper. The customer support team has been unyielding in denying any error, requesting that I send print samples elsewhere for evaluation. This situation has left my customer dissatisfied, impacting future orders. I am currently awaiting resolution in the form of a refund or applicable discounts. This approach raises concerns about the integrity of their operations, prompting us to report the matter to trading standards for further investigation and to alert the public. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dishonest sales, broken equipment, helpless CS. Total disaster!

Dishonest sales, broken equipment, helpless customer service - don't order with them!!
I was lured into placing my order with this printer following a cold call from a salesperson, who gave me a good price and TAT of 3 days. I placed my order on 8th November. After I paid in full, I was shocked with the delivery date set to 21 November - clearly 3-Day TAT was a lie. I had to adjust my plans and put some orders on hold. The worst came on the 20th when (after chasing my order), I was informed of the "broken stitcher". Now, on 23rd Nov, I still have no confirmation when my order will be delivered. This printer doesn't give a damn about your business or your customers. Customer service is trying to be helpful, but they have no way of communicating with their production. Production doesn't bother giving them a new date. The "broken stitcher" apparently has been fixed, but they still can't deliver my order nor confirm the delivery date. It's Black Friday tomorrow and I am stuck in this horrible, stressful situation. I honestly can't understand how printers like this stay in business. Don't order with them. They can destroy your business. Remarkably, I never heard again from Michael the moment I paid.

They couldn't of been more helpful

They couldn't of been more helpful. I had a job I needed turning around ASAP. I spoke with anthony who said they could managed it and get it there on time. And they did! early infact. The artwork team were super helpful with an issue that we had supplied, all was sorted & delivered one very happy client.

Great improvement! Keep it up!

Our corporate relationship with Quinn’s the Printers runs for a good couple of years.
During this time, we had a few complicated moments related to time management on both sides, but quality, prices, and professionalism always were on the highest level at Quinn’s the Printers, and I think that’s what kept it running for such a long time.

The reason why I'm writing this review is to acknowledge the hardworking people at Quinn’s The Printers (like Anthony), that doing their best to keep customers' demands at the highest priority. I must admit that in the last months, the customer care service that we experienced, in combination with the quality of prints, exceeded all expectations and we were thrilled with it (at our calculation we were running late with a very important job but Quinn’s didn't let us down and did their best not only to print it on time but beat the delay so we could distribute printouts according to our initial plan).

I would like to thank you all at Quinn’s the Printers, for a great job and would like to recommend their services to anyone who is planning to print anything on any media in Quinn’s catalogue!

Eoghan goes above & beyond to keep me informed on every aspect of an order. Always have a quick response & really polite and pleasant to deal with :)

Since Eoghan has been our rep, he's gone above and beyond keeping us informed on job statuses, sharing his knowledge and opinions on types of finishes etc and always updated if there will be a delay with any order.
Responses are really quick too which is great and very polite to deal with.
