Clear and transparent. The app to manage comms and investments is particularly helpful as all is in one place and the app is easy to set up and use. Good service provided and trust in their system and approach

Quilter are always very professional. My recent transaction was done seamlessly as always. Information is clear and my account was updated quickly so I could see the transaction. I would highly recommend Quilter.

In 2022 my business partner and I made an enquiry about the costs of putting in place MUTUAL life coverage on each other should the worst happen. Engaged these guys who went out into the market to obtain life insurance quotes on our behalf. We decided not to proceed as coverage on my business partner was prohibitively expensive. However - and without authorisation - a policy was put in place in my name, with premiums being drawn from our business account (unbeknownst to me). No conversations - no confirmation emails - no phone calls, not even the communication of a policy number!! It was only following a deep dive of our company accounts we found an unexplained monthly charge. Upon further investigation, discovered it to be a life insurance policy in my name. Immediately contacted these guys asking the obvious, including: WHO authorised this? 3 months later no response other than you 'should have' received some confirmation emails… (no such emails received despite a deep search on our server)… but perhaps more disturbingly, these guys have continually (for the last three months) avoided the question: WHO authorised this… (for the very simple reason: no one did!!)
Bottom line: These guys autonomously set up a policy in my name without authorisation, cannot provide ANY evidence of ANY authorisation, and seem to be blaming me for not replying to product confirmation emails that were never sent for a product I didn't want, didn't authorise, or didn't even know existed until a few months ago.
If you want a product set up in your name without authorisation and/or any confirmation documentation… these are the guys for you….

An easy way to transfer money into my pension

Reply from Quilter
I think Quilter do exactly what they should do. My money makes a lot more investing with them than I would make from just putting it in a bank. I can withdraw it whenever I need to and I also have a regular income from the account. They run everything

Great company who explains everything plus our performing many other products out there

I had problems navigating the website - was signed in with all emails / passwords/ code by phone etc but couldn't get the help I needed - agent concerned only with my signing in again NOT addressing the problem I had. Not the first time I have had problems with this company.

Quilter look after my pension very well, and it performs very well indeed. I get regular statements and the app keeps track of it`s performance. Very pleased with this company

Processes using the Quilter platform are usually straightforward, although a little faster processing would be helpful. Supporting information is quite detailed and self explanatory, although can be repetetive. Achievement of the same result with less volume would be helpful

Completing the BED and ISA form was not particularly easy but I sought help from family members and my financial consultant and once this stage was completed, the remainder of the process ran very smoothly.

I think Quilter are simply fantastic. They're a great platform, it incredibly easy to navigate their App but there are other methods of contacting them if that is not your thing. They've looked after my investments really well, I couldn't be more delighted.
When you need to move money around, it's straightforward to do on the App but again, if you need help they're there to lend a hand. There is the usual regulatory paperwork but it's clear and easy to understand and I think they keep it to a minimum.
