Completely unprofessional – no communication, no solution
I really tried to give Quicksilver every chance to fix this, but at this point it’s clear they don’t care about their customers.
I placed an order through their official website, never received a confirmation email, and never received shipping information – even though they took my money immediately. I contacted customer service multiple times so that they can send me the confirmation and shipping information but they ignored my request and kept sending me unclear and useless answers. At one point they claimed the package was delivered to a pickup location that turned out to be permanently closed but Quicksilver recommended to me when I was placing the order. Nobody ever informed me about it being permanently closed.
After weeks of waiting, Quicksilver cancelled my entire order. The order included a birthday gift, which was completely ruined because of the delays. They never offered any compensation on their own – I had to ask for one. Eventually they gave me a 15% discount code, which was nothing more than the regular new customer discount I would have received anyway. The code didn’t even work. Their explanation: the app wasn’t functioning.
I then wrote back and asked for a real solution — a proper voucher or discount — and Quicksilver simply stopped responding. I sent another email to give them a final chance, and again: no answer at all.
The worst part is the complete lack of communication and accountability. This is, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced. I will not order from Quicksilver again and I cannot recommend them.
