Delivery was quick, CPU was handled & shipped well. Payment options for US customers could be improved: had to resort to expensive bank transfer. Maybe if I could have ordered the CPU via their US affiliate?

I bought a PC from this company 7 years ago which has been super quiet, a joy to use, and very reliable. Despite it being so long ago, when I recently emailed the technical support person about what I thought was a software problem I got an immediate response and Andy helped me track the issue down to the CMOS battery needing replacing. What a great company.

Great products, awesome and user-friendly website, good prices and exceptional low postage on items to the other side of the globe! Great communication, friendly helpful team and so easy to deal with! Could not ask for more!

Without hesitation I highly recommend quiet PC

The websitre is easy to navigate and their various configuration options for designing your own PC make it simple to build a machine to your own liking.

I spent a week or two tinkering with a configurator and reading up on the various parts I had chosen. Once I did all of that I finally ordered and paid.

After paying I receive a number of emails from Quiet PC saying that they had received my order and that it would be sent out on a given date. I also got an email from customer services telling me when the PC had been built and confirmed it would be sent out on time.

Four days on I now have my new silent PC setup in my home office and is in use as a homelab server.

I'm very impressed with the service and ease of use, so I will definitely be a returning customer.

Before ordering I emailed the support dept. and Andy provided very helpful information to ensure I got the correct fans for my 10-year-old PC.

I went ahead and ordered and the new fans arrived quickly and I had them fitted the same day they arrived. Now the old PC is running cool and quiet again!

Having purchased components from this company almost 10 years ago for my self-build, I decided to let Quiet PC do the build this time. I chose their Serenity Pixelstation Z4 and upped the components from the base configuration to the ones available that I wanted, and checked with Paul to make sure it was a viable build. The PC arrived a few days later by a 2-person delivery team, and was extremely well-packed. Any issues I had with the build were swiftly addressed by a very patient Paul. The PC is amazing, far in excess of my expectations. These guys really know how to build PCs. Highly recommended!

My 'old' computer died and rather than rebuild from scratch as I had done in the past, I decided to buy a pre-built model. I had already bought a few components from Quiet PC over the years, so they were my first port of call. I drew up a short list of my requirements and then rang them for advice on compatability. Some two hours or so later talking to Paul who offered really good advice about my choices - in some cases a cheaper solution - we came up with a custom build for me. This was completed within two days and ready for despatch. I should add that the company kept in touch with me whilst this was going on in case of any extra requirements (which in fact there were and were also included in the build).
On receipt I was mightily impressed by the care that had gone into the packaging - the case was in its original box which itself was well padded within a larger box, and even the internal components had solid foam pieces around them to prevent movement.
Once all the packaging had been removed I was able to power up the system, and it lived up to its name -Quiet!! Even though I hadn't specified a totally silent machine, this one is whisper quiet, and the performance perfect for my requirements.
Thank you Quiet PC - couldn't have asked for better service or machine.
Of note the next day delivery was by Parcel Force which was equally efficient and at the time stated.
Overall I would use them again if we need another machine.

The company has really good customer service. They stock quality products and deliver quickly and normally the items arrive sooner than expected.
There is a load of information on their website and if you cannot find the information you need they are very quick replying to emails.
The best thing is they seem to value you as a customer and are very helpful if you need to contact them.

Valid systems but terrible prices charging extra for this "quiet" undertone they keep rambling on about. Their entry level gaming pcs consist of an i3 14th gen and a 1660 super which is terribly outdated and if you want at least decent ram and motherboard youll be paying over 1100 pounds or 1400 dollars for an outdated pc which will last you a couple years if that

Great customer service, I was able to delay delivery to a date that I was at home. PC delivered exactly as ordered and extremely well packed.

a customised quiet pc was what I wanted and this is what I received. My old windows 10 pc died suddenly, the new one is Windows 11, which I am not keen on but don't think that was an option. I've transferred most drives employing some of that cabling too because the kit ran out bits in the box. The old ssd has been a bit of a fiddle fitting too, held in precariously with one screw. My back up could not be fully restored, and I still don't know why the old pc died, it wouldn't even open the bios. So still rather busy trying to get back what was lost. Supply and delivery was speedy and am impressed with the quality of the components
