Pre-order of expensive part was fine.

I tend to use Scan, mostly, and occasionally Amazon, Ebuyer etc. and I haven't bought from Quiet PC for quite some time (decade+ maybe - maybe back when I used Aria and MicroDirect etc. when they were around) - mostly because I forgot about them I think, but it seemed to be the only place I could at least pre-order an expensive newly released part at a very decent price. The communication of availability on their webpage was clear. Pre-ordering was straightforward and email confirmation clear. The item arrived before the date suggested by a few days - that was fine. The item works in my computer, so far (only days so far lol) - just fine.

Won my trust so far. I trust them with my money. :)

What a great company! To have a gaming system build to my spec is amazing. Great performance, very quiet, excellent clean build, fast delivery. Very happy.

The fans which I have used before are of the normal excellent quality and silent in operation. They were packaged well and arrived very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Quiet PC and would gladly do business with them again.

Easy to use website, good shipping, lots of specialist parts.

The process of buying a desktop pc was very smooth. We needed one for our business ASAP and was very surprised to receive it within the 4 day build time.
We asked for extra cables to be added for our SSD drives and these were in the perfect position to plug strait in.
Quiet PC went the extra mile to set up the BIOS so the CPU would run at peak performance as well as keeping the temperature down.
We are really pleased with the whole setup.
We will definitely be purchasing another.

Purchased asus NUC 14 pro and memory and ssd to replace an aging intel nuc 7. Very impressed with performance and ease of adding components. Now successfully able to run win11.

I Purchased a Viper V2 system that was available for next day delivery, I always wanted to get a prebuilt from Quiet PC as they have a good selection of niche parts on the site, but also they do things just a bit different, selling overall well rounded computers, priced fairly and to make sure anyone can have a hassle free experience.

I'm an experienced Computer user so personally I know how to set things up and the like, but it was lovely to see the simple instructions like a sticker on the box for the spares/extras and simple and direct quick start guide printed out, so you can get going straight away and have reference to glance at if required.

To me though, it's the finer details that do it, the pairing of the system parts, the fact that they used an adapter for the Nvidia 12pin and to make sure that cable does not have a harsh bend.

There are many little things like this and they will likely be build specific, if you go for something customized the parts they have are parts that they know will work well to the caliber of system you are after, and to the optimal specification.

it's just a pleasure to see that you get the entire PC with all brackets and standoffs, and not need to worry about the odd thing you may need depending on what you do with your computer.

Packaging was double boxed, with use of additional excess foam to help protect it, that is also nice to see.

And of course the PC is quiet, Clean build™ is a thing as setting up the PC (offline) would give the typical 170 processes I would expect from Windows, but personally I just used it for testing and then installed Linux :)

Also I have had a few customer support questions in the past and they are great for getting those odd bits of info you may require, People who do know about tech and the fact that they said I would get a call back before the end of the day, and they did at the scheduled time without hesitation for some friendly technical talk, so I'm rather confident that if any issues arise, things can be solved swiftly.

As for the future Quiet PC is likely my site of choice for future projects, I value what they do a lot, and I would recommend them to anyone, new or experienced.

what made it great was the overall service and a fantastic build quality. I usually build my own PC's (not professionally, more like a hobby) and this was the first time of not doing so.
