They removed my review from 2018 😂 I see they’re still trading. This was my original review.

DO NOT SELL YOUR DEVICE! don’t take their word ‘We aim to test your device the day we get it, then send you the cash’ they received device on 31-8-18 it is now 11-10-18 still no sign of funds it has now been 14 days since the ‘7-10 working days for payment to be processed’ they tell you a date and the funds never arrive. It’s basically theft!

This company are scammers. Don't go near.

This company are scammers. Their first email:
"This email is to confirm your recent order.
Date 06/09/2020. Thank you for your recent purchase.
Orders are dispatched 7 - 10 working days but we aim to dispatch quicker.Product Quantity Price
Apple iPhone 7 Black (128GB) - Unlocked - Grade A Basic Bundle 1 £209.99" I never received the mobile. I asked for a refund and nearly 21/2 years (2 February 2023) later nothing. They used to reply with meaningless promises but now they don't even do that.

This is how to get your money back…

Anyone who has been ripped off by this company - all you have to do is contact your bank - say goods not received and they will do a chargeback to your account for the cash. They will then take it back from the retailers account. I had exactly the same experience and solved it like that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE.

UPDATE: After taking the Quickmobile Fix to small court (they never showed up) they lost the case and "The county Court at stoke on trent has ordered, after the 13th April 2022 hearing court, that the defendant's defence is struck out and quick mobile fix shall pay the claimant's cost (...)"
The company still hasn't pay, and they are not answering any emails.
We will be asking the judge to enforce the court order involving bailiffs etc.

Stay well clear of this company

Stay well clear of this company, I ordered a iPhone for a 90 year old friend as she’s not computer literate for her nieces birthday. The following day we learnt that her niece had been gifted a new phone from her brother. I immediately emailed to cancel down the order, which they did. That was on the 9/11/2020 and still no refund. After countless emails (lost count at 10) promising the refund would be refunded soon, it was blamed on covid that there was a delay. To think that they’ve stolen £147.99 off a OAP is appalling. Honestly guys don’t touch this company with a barge pole. TOTAL RIP OFFs

They promised a refund by email 16.12.2020 - still waiting for it

I was a repeat customer, after a faulty phone and lots of contact, they agreed to refund me by email on 16.12.2020, I still haven't received it.

There is no way of making contact, they don't respond to complaints on webpage, registered post, email has been changed.

They took my money and still have it, I would like it back

Robbed us blind! Stay far, far away!

This company is awful. They basically robbed us blind. We ordered an iPhone 7 (£230) from them in 2020 that had to be returned for repairs. We were told the phone would be fixed and returned within a month. I contacted their customer service half a dozen time over the next 7 months. I was told repeatedly they were “working on it” and the phone would be sent back. They never returned the phone and never refunded our money. Stay away!!!

My daughter bought a second hand iphone XR. The battery progresssively deterirated over a period of 4 months. Contacted customer services and they advised a set of measures. None of them worked. Sent the phone for review/repair a year ago. Customer services stopped replying to my emails. Clearly was a scam!

Scammers. They sent me a phone that turns on for a max of 5 minutes before it crashes. It can’t connect to wifi or take pictures. I sent the phone back for return and they delivered it back to me, refusing a refund.

Scammers

I’m writing from my own personal experience, and from the experience of MANY others whom I’ve spoken to.
Quick Mobile Fix is a scamming company. They will not send you the device you order, if you do receive a device it will have something wrong with it.
I have ordered from them twice previously. The first time was years ago, when they were a better company. The first time I ordered an iPhone XS. It took weeks to come, and when it did come it had an issue with randomly the screen going black. I sent the phone back for a swap and it took months to receive my new one. This phone had an issue with volume but I decided not to go through the long process of swapping phones again. There were no major issues so I kept the phone.
Last year I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro. After weeks I still had not received the phone. I emailed them many times and either received no reply or replies just saying it will be posted soon and there was a delay due to “covid”. They kept using covid as an excuse to scam people. After about 4 months I threatened to go to the small claims court, they offered a refund and I accepted. Months later I still did not have a refund. I had to get one through my bank. I never received a refund from Quick Mobile Fix.
I have spoken to many other people, and they have similar experiences. There are whole Facebook groups about Quick Mobile Fix scams.
Do not send your phone in to be repaired either, you may never get it back.
This company should be closed down. It has been reported many times by hundreds, if not thousands of people.
As you can see by the other recent reviews, they are scammers and they just want some quick money.
Be careful as the owner called Ken Emechebe also has another company called Universal Gadgets Ltd. I have not bought from this company, and I wouldn’t want to as I assume you will be scammed there too.
