Poor customer service
The loan officer or what ever the title was to pushy and I informed the individual that we were having a family medical crisis and that I would contact him when I could! He insisted on continuing to text and call me while my wife and I were dealing with getting our 14 year old adopted granddaughter mental health treatment for over 48 hours straight! He was an absolute moron and he lost this families business for your company for life!! Furthermore, please remove any and all contact information from your databases and never contact us again! God bless!
