I can't download my transactions from my credit union. It's been years since I downloaded transactions when I used an earlier version of Quicken for my home transactions. I called my credit union and they gave me a new password and when I entered it, the program still didn't connect with my account.
Good foundation on Mac — here's my feature wishlist
I use Quicken for Mac daily to manage several accounts, and overall it does the core job well. These suggestions are meant to be constructive — each would make the Mac version noticeably better. I've listed them roughly in order of importance.
1. Let each payee remember a different default category per account. Right now a payee's memorized category is shared across every account, which leads to miscategorized transactions.
2. Add a way to copy a register's column layout to another account — or to all accounts at once — instead of setting up each register by hand.
3. Let me organize the account sidebar freely: create my own groups, name them however I like, and ideally save more than one sidebar view.
4. Add a "Group by" option in the register that works on any column.
5. Let me open two Quicken data files at the same time (for example, personal and business) instead of switching back and forth.
6. When I enter a transaction, suggest recent amounts for that payee — the same idea as payee and category autofill, applied to the amount.
7. Add an option to convert a transfer into two separate, independent transactions (one on each side).
8. Let me change the amount on several selected transactions at once, setting them all to the same value.
9. Add a "Void" action that sets a transaction's amount to zero and records the original amount in the memo.
10. Add an option to sort the Amount column by absolute value, so equal-sized deposits and payments sort together regardless of sign.
11. In Projected Balances, remember which accounts I had selected between sessions, and make it easier to focus on a single account (for example, Shift-click to select only that one).
12. Have the reconciliation window remember its size and position between sessions, and add a "reset all windows" option.
13. Show each account's last-updated date and time on screen, without having to hover.
14. Offer customer-support options that don't require screen sharing.
15. On my business checking account the Credit Limit field is grayed out — I'd like to be able to use it, or understand why it's disabled.
Thanks for continuing to invest in the Mac version — I'm happy to elaborate on any of these.

Good product.
OneDrive Warning can't be fixed
OneDrive Warning can't be fixed. Get with the "guy" that has been trying to help me and ask why he can't accomplish this. I paid for an additional year and I do not have a Quicken that works.
I've been a customer of Quicken before it was called Quicken. HOW ABOUT SOMEONE HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE! My contact information is in your files.

Functionality and Price
Quicken continues to raise its price while adding features that are not helpful for my needs. At the same time, some of the previous functionality has become less user friendly, easy answer reports for example. Quicken should consider providing a more basic subscription at a lower cost.

Too many bugs/issues
Too many bugs/issues. Connectivity issues to institutions. Why can’t you get loan payment calculations/ amorts correct? This is accounting 101. Definitely not worth the ridiculous yearly fees you charge.
