I ordered flea collars for my 3 dogs in April ever since they have been charging my credit card $9.99. They will not stop these charges. Hopefully shutting down the account will stop it.

Avoid this company- I ordered two smart watches in March…
I ordered two smart watches in March 2025 after seeing "good reviews" online for them. The watches are trash and in the bin by May 2025. $70 total. However, in June I was charged $19.99 on my credit card and in July I was charged $19.99. I called the company 1 (888) 261-0340 and they told me I had subscribed to a service when I ordered the watches. I had not.
I told them their watches were extremely poor quality and in the trash can. I didn't ask for a refund but wanted the two charges for $19.99 dropped and the subscription stopped. They discontinued the call (hung up on me) twice after trying to get me to keep the subscription and get a discount - are you kidding!!
