Good value for money
The hotel is very nice and one of the best in Cebu. It's good value for money and very modern with young vibrant staff at the front desk.
The room clean was poor with no room sweep or mop and our toilet paper went missing also. I had an unpleasant experience with a waiter there when he was making more hassle for me as I was eating in an attempt to impress and perhaps to get a tip. Very pretentous behavior that left me avoiding the restaurant altogether which was a shame because the food in the restaurant is really nice. The hotel has a 1000 pesos (€16) 'insurance' charge per night that was not mention about on the booking app I made it on. The gym and swimming pool are excellent facilities. Taxis are ready available outside and staff always endeavor to help you with any queries. Water stations on each floor also which is a huge help. Overall a pleasant stay.
