Got the tables quickly, oacked well and good quality

Their Devon Pine range is nothing like their photos. The chest of drawers I received had roughly turned knobs with gouges out of them, not the smoothly turned and lacquered polished ones in the photos. I didn't want the hassle of returning it, so I bought new ones from Etsy. Also, I had to add batons above the drawers so they didn't drop down a long way when opened.

The items I required were in stock with a 1-2 week estimate delivery time. Both items were delivered in that time. Chest of drawers and bedside side drawers were well made and well packed, well...very well packed that I filled two whole bins up with packaging.
The delivery guys were polite.
The items are absolutely beautiful.

We found a bedside cabinet that closely matched our existing one, both in colour and design, from your website.
The price was reasonable and the ordering process was straightforward. It was delivered two days earlier than the original delivery tracking indicated (by Parcelforce) but the tracking was updated on the delivery day.
The cabinet was very well packaged to protect it in transit and looked just like the pictures on the website.
We are very pleased with the cabinet and the ordering and delivery process and would highly recommend Quercus Living.

I was kept informed from my initial order right up to time it was delivered.
On talking to the staff in the office which are friendly and informative to the delivery driver which are all a positive to the company.

Easy purchase process. I was kept fully informed at every step of the way rightup to delivery. The drawer chest I bought is fabulous. Solidly made, well finished and colour is exactly as expected.
Delivery was bang on time at 7.00 am, all the way from Manchester to Tenbury Wells. I was very impressed by this as the local Amazon drivers can't find my house!!

Purchased a Devon PIne 2 over 3 chest of drawers &
very pleased with them, solid pine & excellent quality.
Quick delivery & well packed,delivery men carried them in & put them where we wanted them in bedroom.
We have now ordered & received a Devon Pine Bedside Cabinet, which is also solid pine & excellent quality.
Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a lovely Sheeshem coffee table.Really well packaged and super quick delivery.Unfortunately the colour was way off to match existing furniture.
Customer service was amazing(asked for of photo of how it was repacked)picked up 3 days later and was refunded in 2 days.

I just unpack item it's looking perfect just what i want very quality and absolutely brilliant just delivery was disappointing very rude i am disabled they left item in the middle of the door way i asked them to put item in the leaving room they said we only deliver

Excellent service and customer care , very well packed and delivered on time . We have trouble with deliveries for the Isle of Wight or the companies charge extortionate amounts for delivery , this company was extremely reasonable.
Very pleased with my purchase, I would definitely buy from this company again ☺️

This was a frustrating process from start to finish. I chose this company specifically for its 10 working day delivery to room service and fully assembled products. However the company failed to mention it was not ready for despatch when I placed the order meaning that it was delayed. Customer service were very unhelpful the first time I contacted, even though I had a forthcoming hospital admission which problematised delivery. When I finally got in touch of the delivery company myself, they did not offer a choice of slots in the next 48h, they told me there was only one time they could deliver (during my hospital stay). A stressful experience and a company to avoid. Also the pine dresser when it finally arrived isn’t pine! Or if it is, it is stained beyond recognition so doesn’t match any other pine furniture!

Ordered 2 chest of drawers that said they were in stock on the website. Turns out they weren’t & it took 10 weeks for them to be delivered. Furniture is not solid pine as stated, can see plywood & laminated parts in places. Lacquer is very orange. They do seem reasonably sturdy… time will tell.

Lovely tables, exactly as described and delivered very quickly. Would look at this firm again for anything needed in the future.

Very pleased with the product ( dining chairs) which had been packed with great care. The communication with the company was very good and their price point represented good value. Would use this company again.

Spotted this shop on a Google search after finding out it would be 9+ weeks for delivery with Dreams. Quercus said they could do it in half the time.
I popped to the shop the next day and picked the style, colour, mattress etc.
Richard kept me informed throughout and installed the bed with no fuss and no mess.
I'll definitely be using them again.

Ordered the Jali low bookcase and so very pleased with it.
Great price, easy ordering and very quick delivery. Two man delivery service very good. They were friendly and very helpful in bringing the furniture into our living room.
