By all means go in and have a look around, but PLEASE don't buy anything from them or use their fitters. They have a total lack of respect for your home. We had Karndean flooring fitted and the fitters were careless, taking chunks out of the freshly decorated walls, they put our washing machine outside when they could have put it in the garage if they had bothered to ask.

There were gluey handprints all over the door frame which also had been freshly painted. They broke our cat flap which we have had to replace and never told us. And don't get me started on men who can't aim straight in the loo!
I sent Queen Street Carpets and email because I was so disgusted and they couldn't even bother to reply. They are VERY expensive and once they have your money they couldn't care less. Avoid them and go somewhere else that actually cares about your home!

We had Karndean flooring laid. Fair sized job. 1 year on I needed to make good a small area for a new toilet. Queenstreet Carpets were so very helpful enabling me to do that work myself, advising on cement and adhesive etc and supplying me with the small amount needed FOC.
Could not have been more helpful.

Loving this furniture store! I am not from Exeter but popped in on the off chance a couple of months ago looking for a particular sofa range. I was impressed that they were more than happy to deliver to Bristol with no extra charge and the customer service was second to none.
When they are selling online I will be back for sure!

I was looking all over the internet for a particular table and found it only in "Queenstreet Carpets & Furnishings". Despite the fact that I'm from London and the shop is based in Exeter, I've decided to contact them.
And I was really impressed by the customer care they've provided!
All my emails to them very answered extremely promply. Extra photos were provided upon the request. Item was packed &ready to pick up the next day even though that was a N.Y period. And I was so pleased when I saw the amount of care they've put into wrapping each and every part of the table to make sure it reaches me safely! Item is in perfect condition and I'm really pleased with my overall experience!! Thank you very much !!

Will definately be popping in for a browse soon. Looks like a great furniture range.
