It was so easy ordering, the necklace arrived the very next day and lived up to its expectations. The little extras that arrived in the package (chocs) was a really nice gesture. Really enjoyed my shopping experience.

This site had a good selection of products and the shipping charges were reasonable. I would have given 4 stars if it weren't for the fact that after I completed my purchase I had no idea if it had actually gone through as I never received an email confirming my purchase and the only information I have received since then is an email asking me to review my purchase. So I guess that means I bought something and that at some stage I will receive it? Nice to know.

I bought a dogeared new beginnings necklace. It arrived in super quick time despite the bank holidays, and the chocolates were a lovely touch. Most definetly buying from there again as you have some beautiful things

After weeks of looking for a leather bracelet for my other half (had to be 23cms as he is a rugby man!) and hours searching the internet I came across Queen of Charms website. As I have never heard of it, I was a little anxious about my order. I really shouldnt have though because it arrived within a couple of days as stated,beautifully gift wrapped and with two miniature dairy milk chocolates (lovely touch I thought!). When it was unwrapped on christmas day, the quality was excellent and it fit perfectly. Such a good price too!

I was looking for a last minute Christmas present and found this website. I ordered and had a confirmation of dispatch within a few hours. 24 hours later the goods arrived. You can't ask for more than that!

xmas is a busy time of year but still received my order in time for the big day.

Ordered Amore and Bacci charms at 09.00 pm on a Thursday and they arrived beautifully packaged on the Saturday morning. I can't fault the choice or the service and will certainly use Queenofcharms again.

Ordered a silver Amore & Baci necklace chain plus beads for delivery to Italy two weeks before Christmas, all arrived by registered post within a week !-brilliant. Necklace and beads as advertised in branded packaging... plus I found the web-site easy to use - great all round, will visit again.

Recieved my goods with in 2 days of odering .The only thing is it is difficult to judge the size of the charm I purchased. But cannnot fault the efficient service.
