Have been waiting forever and link never actually works on website to see where your package is

Sammm scammm scamm, Inordered Aerless and it never came no trucking worming, this quantum is just front face for mess our heads

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! I ordered a Starbucks plush on Ebay and Quantium Solutions was supposed to deliver it. They claimed the package was delivered on December 22. They NEVER delivered my package. I tried to track it using the tracking number they gave me and their site has NO information at all about my package!!! I spent $60 on that item and Ebay won't refund my money because the item was marked by the seller as having been received, which NEVER happened. I am so angry I could scream. I will NEVER buy anything from Malaysia or any other country that uses Quantium Solutions for anything ever again. I got royally screwed!!

Pathetic excuse of a courier service and company!!
Bought item off ebay, las update on there was Nov 30th. No actual contact and there website doesn't state where my parcel is, says my tracking number doesn't exist either?!!

I believe this company is a knockoff of Quantiumax limited.

All the parcels we shipped with them are lost.

Been over a month and it was never delivered. The phone numbers they gave me are totally fake and nobody answered. Wrote them many times. No refund. I wasted $320. It's such a scam! How can I report this company?

Useless company, just as everyone has written down I've got the same complaint that they never answer their phones or deliver the package. I'm not sure why Singapore Post is using such a useless company who lie and put on their website that they have delivered the package. They don't realise that it is 2024 and we've got cameras everywhere watching for the parcels and no parcels get delivered from this company apparently.
AliExpress does not help much as there tracking number shows that it has been delivered, seller from AliExpress say the same thing that contact your local post as it shows delivered. I've been struggling with this for the past two weeks trying to get my order which for whatever reason went through this highly dodgy company. Not sure why it is so hard for them to just make a phone call when the phone numbers are written on the parcels if they are unable to find the address. I would give them 0 stars if there was a possibility. As of now I'm out of pocket for about $150.

Quantum was supposed to deliver my couch on 9/12. They could get in touch with me just fine to let me know to be home for delivery. But yet when they “forgot” to load my couch, they could not notify me. Had to find see tracking at end of day as canceled. No one called or explained anything. Had to call the place I bought the couch from to get in touch with them after 20 minutes on hold. Was told I would get couch when they delivered in my area again. No date, maybe in a couple of weeks

Quantium never answer their phone.
Microsoft uses Quantium Solutions for returns. Microsoft sends out packaging and the return con note, using TNT. Perfect so far.

Unfortunately, you have to call Quantium Solutions to book the pickup. The usual message is "too busy to handle your call". No point leaving a voicemail or emailing customer service as the contact is never returned.

Today I have tried calling 10 times, starting from this morning. And each time all I've got is the "too busy to handle your call message".

Why can't Quantium have a web portal to book pickups? All the required information is on the con note provided by Microsoft, minimising the possibility of errors.

Got an email to say my package had been delivered to my home address in the UK. Joke I never received it. So god knows who they delivered it to. But it certainly was not my address!!

I ordered some items from Aliexpress. When the items arrived to Canada they were handed to Quantium Solutions. This company holds your packages until you pay additional "import and delivery" fees. Basically they hold your mail ransom. Quantium Solutions is a fraudulent Chinese company of the worst kind. This same company used to go by the name Morning Global. I never got my packages, about $150. Aliexpress tells me to contact Quantium Solutions for a resolution, so they are aware of this scam company operating in Canada and US.
ONLY a CBSA(Canada Border Service Agency) agent can ask you for duty fees.
ANYONE ELSE IS SCAMMING YOU!

Exact same thing happened to me as the last reviewer. Product stuck somewhere, no update. Will update if I receive.

And I thought USPS was bad, yeesh. This company has been holding my package hostage for 9 days now. 9 days just sitting in a city an hour and a half away from me, not moving, tracking not updating. What could possibly be taking so long?! Did all your employees quit? Did the shipping container fall into the ocean?

I'll update my review if I miraculously get my package in the next week or two, but I'm considering it lost or stolen at this point. What a joke, do better.

One Aliexpress Seller used this delivery company, and the item was never delivered. Their tracking information mentioned successful delivery (and payment of duties!) on the 10th of July. Yet, our business was closed that day, and the security camera shows that there were no delivery attempt at all. Quantium Solution were rude, hung up the phone when called for complaint. Both Aliexpress and Paypal were useless to deny payment because of their wrong delivery confirmation. One of my worst experience with online shopping for the last 20 years. Good luck if a seller use their services, you'll need it.

I ordered a product & they used Quantium for delivery !! That’s where my problem is, seller was hopeless kept saying check Post office or ask neighbors it was a dressing table for our terminal 14 Yr old daughter ! ..Aust Posf said the tracking number was invalid (see our review for Awaiso - Seller) finally WE had found the transport company it was this company seller wouldn’t tell us who it was !!
Then we see documentation said it was delivered time & all - well it Was Not!!
So we just needed the local courier who delivered it here in our state as it could ge sitting there ! But no seller wouldn’t or didn’t understand so we emailed this as it was the only contact they did respond quickly BUT told us it was their Hong Kong office who delivered our daughters dressing table now we are talking approx 3 weeks since actual delivery date … remembering seller was of no use !
Do we email Hong Kong & continue to email them 20 times - NO REPLY - so we email QUANTIUM SINGAPORE again saying that Hong Kong are not replying to our 20 + emails what do we do now?
Surely you are the same Company could someone there call, find out , investigate…. Do some actual customer service ???? And to date we haven’t had a reply other than they have receive our email !!
We have lost our $ our daughter is beyond devastated … my advice if you must by from Asian countries check who is delivering your order!? I will never purchase from Facebook ads well my daughter did as they offer great price items but the chances of getting them are slim to none…. They do not offer any support …. The seller could have sorted this out in less than a week stay away from AWAISO & QUANTIUM you may as well burn your $$$$$

they did not even attempt to deliver my package. just sat in their sorting center for 2 months then they returned to sender. I even verified my address was correct. completely untrustworthy company. I did try their online contact for 2 times and they never replied.
