Cooker Hood Filter Instructions

Just fitting a replacement cooker hood filter, very strange instructions! They say "Insert with the striped side inside" This suggests upward. There is no striped side! Only a side covered in dots and a printed instruction on it saying "Print side down" which is the opposite! I have fitted it with the print side down!
Can you clarify this?

Just to let everyone know what this…

Just to let everyone know what this large company did to my small business. I have been dealing with this company for quite a few years now mainly purchasing hoover parts. Recently They blocked my pass word so I couldn't gain access to my account. I phoned them up and eventually I spoke to someone who told me that I was compelled to spend a certain amount of money each month in order to keep my account. As I couldn't guarantee this amount, they closed my account and refused to speak to me.
As a result of covid and business going bust somehow I have managed to keep going. As a result of this action by Qualtex I am now struggling to serve my customers and keep my business going. This is quite clearly a giant company railroading the small business man out of business. This is a pathetic action by a large company.

I ordered a battery charger for aDyson…

ÍI ordered a battery charger for aDyson dc16 vacume cleaner it arrived on 6/14/21.I returned it on same day.Never received my REFUND. Very dissatisfied with Qualtex and ebay.Im working with BBB Now.Will See.

so after 30 years of trading with this…

so after 30 years of trading with this company they first of all tell me that there is no longer a next day delivery which as a self employed domestic appliance engineer is not good as i cannot offer such a quick service to my customers .but just before xmas i ordered some parts on the saturday on thursday still not arrived and was told not even picked i now HAD to get from somewhere else and cancelled my order to which they now cancelled my account. if they still provided a good service i would sill be buying but to cancell my account i think is disgusting

Due to the extra volume some orders had been delayed while we cleared the extra volume and backlog of orders.
