The company formation was straightforward enough but I received a message from someone claiming to be the company secretary, the email said she works from 9-5 Monday to Friday. I sent my first request at 3:45 on Wednesday and had a response from someone else who had obviously misunderstood my message, saying she has gone home early. I have heard nothing since and it's 1 pm the following day, so not a good start.
