The sound quality beats all the other streaming platforms.

Qobuz is the only music streaming service in existence today that I will use. Their artist-friendly business model is the primary reason I dropped Spotify for Qobuz, but the higher quality sound is instantly noticeable and enhances the listening experience immensely. If you're a music junkie like me and want to support the artists you love (and you hate AI music slop), Qobuz is where you should be.

I can really hear the difference in the same song on qobuz vs apple with a 30% increase in detail staging and midrange information.

This is done by doing Nothing to the digital file as apple is doing something cheaply, describing it as a preferred feature as always.

Thank you Qobuz for leaving it alone as presenting the protocol as architected and not getting too cute by adding shit that don't need to be added and using the file compression/decoding properly

Great service, used it for a year now, appreciate the lossless audio quality and integration with streaming solutions such as Lyrion/Squeezebox.

Great service. Excellent quality beyond what you can find on Spotify and other music services.

I switched to the service because of how badly other streaming services pay their artists. The service may not have every bell or whistle of some of the bigger streaming services, but the library is very complete, the quality of the music is excellent, the technology and players were great, and they pay 5 to 6 times more per listen to the artists than the other streaming providers. If you care about Art, this matters.

**** Great sound quality, but the search needs serious improvement**

Qobuz is the best music streaming service I've used when it comes to HD and lossless audio quality. If sound quality is your top priority, it's hard to beat.

The biggest downside, however, is the search function. It often fails to find songs even when the title is spelled correctly. On several occasions, I thought a track wasn't available, only to discover it later by browsing the artist's page or navigating through an album. It was surprising to find that the song was actually in the catalog, but the search didn't return any results.

If Qobuz could significantly improve its search engine and overall discoverability, it would easily deserve 5 stars. The audio quality is outstanding, but finding the music you know is there shouldn't be this difficult.

My experience with Qobuz is very good so far. Not so much due to the application itself, but your focus om paying artist a fair wage, and the lack of ai, and funding to Israeli military and ICE (Us immigration enforcement).

Companies don’t understand that its userbase actually appreciate these things. That you can deliver a much more ethical streaming service that actually pays artists for their work, and have a quality streaming experience that has even better audio than a lot of other platforms (including spotify). And most artists that I would find on other platforms are actually possible to find here. On top of this your prices are still very cheap.

On the other hand, your streaming service still feels a bit lack luster. There are certain artists/songs that I still cant find here that for example spotify would have, and a lot of the artists I find dont have all their songs and no profile photo. I would also like that I could customize my playlists with their own photo. However this is a price I would continue to pay if you still uphold being maybe the most ethical streaming service.

Works exactly like Spotify but they pay artists 3x more and don't use the profits for military AI drones! Do the right thing and switch from Spotify to Qobuz

The best that there is. You need nothing more

Honestly pretty great service. Great music quality, treat artists well, and easy to transfer from Spotify.

The most important thing to me is that Qobuz purportedly pays the artists much better than the majority of other streamers, without whom we wouldn’t even have anything to stream in the first place. Then I love their commitment to quality audio, a real standout. Also love their editorial content and recommendations, not soulless AI suggestions. I’ve already found new artists that I’d never heard of and love to bits. The transfer of info from competing streaming services was seamless with Soundiiz, although it was meant to be free but I had to pay for the premium service to get all the data to sync, which was frustrating. A few quibbles about the software, but tech support (whom responded promptly) have said these will be fixed in the upcoming version. Very highly recommended.

The best sound quality for streaming hi res music!

There emphasis on quality streaming for critical listening. The fact that they are concerned about artists getting a better compensation. Trying to get the best original recordings possible. They have passed my sound test on my sound system which reveals inadequacies of a recording. The better recordings are open with lots of dynamic range. I've had Tidal. Amazon HD, Spotify. I have Idagio for classical but still find myself listening to classical on Qobuz. In summary Qobuz is my go to for music; even though I have a very good analog source as well with a decent collection of records. An audiophile cd player and an excellent cassette player.

can you enable please a copypaste-function for handling the running order in playlists?

Well working, thoughtful and insightful platform that values in depth exploration of a wide variety of musical styles. Both the app and the web version do what you need them to and are reasonably straight forward to use. This is not a service that throws as much music as possible at you in an attempt to please you. It instead encourages you to go looking yourself and engage with music on your own terms.

Clearly labeled music quality for each selection. Music purchase available for download. Easy to use interface. True high quality streaming makes Qobuz the best service available.
