Brilliant, British-designed and manufactured QETTLE boiling water taps are 4 in 1, and dispense truly boiling, 100°C water - so you can make a proper cuppa!
Simple and safe to use, easy to install and cost-efficient, it’s time to say hello to a QETTLE and goodbye to your kettle! And best of all, thanks to its unique, multi-patented design, a QETTLE is affordable, too.
As a family-owned business, we know great products and great people make the difference. We’ve lived and breathed kitchen taps for two generations and our fantastic team of dedicated in-house customer service, design, engineering and manufacturing means our family can be trusted to bring a quality, unique product into yours.
Always 100°C water, nothing less.
Filtered drinking water (you can add a chiller too).
Normal hot and cold flows.
It’s that simple.
BUY QETTLE ORIGINALWith two-stage safety and an insulated spout, a QETTLE boiling water tap is reassuringly safe. First of all, there’s the red safety clip. When in place, it makes it impossible for boiling water to be dispensed. Highly visual and tactile, it provides peace of mind for children or more vulnerable members of the family. There’s no need to remove the safety clip for filtered drinking water, so the kids can fill up safely and easily.
Secondly, there’s a handle lock. The button on the handle must be pressed down at the same time as the handle is turned clockwise. So even with the safety clip removed, it’s a precise and exacting action to get boiling water.
And of course, unlike a kettle, a QETTLE is fixed in once place, can’t topple over and doesn’t need to be lifted.
QETTLE boiling water taps can be teamed with 2, 4 or 7 litre boiler tanks. Making instant hot drinks is just the beginning, so think about how you'll use your tap before you choose its tank size. A 2L tank will give you 4 cups of boiling water in one go, a 4L tank delivers 8 cups and a 7L tank provides 14 cups.
BUY QETTLE SIGNATUREWhether you’re fitting your QETTLE yourself, engaging a plumber or using a QETTLE Accredited Installer, you can be confident that installing a QETTLE is fuss-free.
If you’re still doing your homework, a great place to start is our pre-installation checklist, which covers everything you need to know from water pressure to working out what will go where under the sink. Our step-by-step installation video is a must-watch.
As with any appliance, there is a small amount of care required to keep your cuppas tasting great.
Filter cartridges must be replaced every six months (we’ll send you reminders) and once a year you’ll need to deep clean your boiler tank. This is a very quick job you can safely do yourself, all you’ll need is £7.50 for your Kilrock descaler, and 10 minutes to follow our step-by-step video guide at QETTLE.com.

The tap is very spluttery on high settings, to the point my wife will not use it due to regularly getting splashed/scolded. It's far worse than the videos on the internet show and we've tried bleeding air etc. We've had to turn it quite far down for it to be usable.

We have a 4lt qettle unit and have recently upgraded to the new version 2 model. This is a phenomenal upgrade from a what was a good product to an excellent one. Having dealt with a couple of issues over the years the customer service is great. This latest product is truly a an excellent bit of kit.
Quality, price and service all first class. Thank you Qettle.

Brilliant experience and all members extremely helpful.

So pleased with the tap, glad i chose qettle over any other companies. It was solely down to the great reviews online in comparison to others. My friend has a qooker which he has always raved about but i couldn't justify the price tag. I cannot see any difference between the two. I will recommend to everyone going forward!

Really disappointed with the flow and design of the tap. No stopper when switching from boiling to filter water. Boiling water comes out in an aggressive flow. Not what I would have expected from a respectable brand. I deliberately chose this tap based on reviews. Extremely disappointed!

The tap has been fitted and is frankly dangerous as it continuously spits boiling water . In addition the 2L tank seems to run out of boiling water in a few minutes

Buyer Beware!
I researched Qettle prior to buying and was initially impressed by the reviews and the apparently excellent customer service.
Unfortunately I have not had that experience. My chiller stopped working, one minute it was fine the next the red light came on and there was no getting it off.
In the first instance I contacted Qettle and asked for trouble shooting, is this a known problem what can I do to resolve. It must have been a known problem as they advised me to take the cover off, turn the switch one way until it clicks then turn it back the other way. Unfortunately this didn't work.
The response then was is there adequate ventilation as the picture I'd already sent them doesn't evidence it. I advised it was fitted as per their instructions, the back has been left off that cupboard with another 4- 6 inches behind the cupboard running along 3 cupboards worth of space as the counter was extra deep. So more then enough ventilation. However they advise my photos are not clear.
They can send an engineer to check but it's chargeable.
At this point all I'd asked them was can it be fixed, is it a known problem as I can't find anything on their website dealing with issues with the chiller. They advised it cannot be fixed. It is an unrepairable chiller.
In this day and age that is difficult to accept, as consumers we're advised we should find more eco friendly ways of living and rather then throw away items have them repaired. So I asked for the manufacturers information, my thinking was the manufacturers will know if there is a fix and I can get a qualified electrician to try to get it working.
Qettle then advised they would not provide that information as "they are not obliged to provide it". Instead offering 10% off the cost of a new one. My question was why would I continue to buy a chiller that cannot be repaired and seems to last approximately 3 years. And more to the point why would they be selling an item that has no chance of being repaired.
They then offered me 25% while advising they would not be providing me any info regarding the company that manufactures them and they cannot repair it. The discounted price being £333 plus vat which is approximately a third more then it was originally bought for.
To summarise, the initial response was it must be your fault you haven't ventilated it. Then to ask me to take the cover off and mess with the insides. Then to say it couldn't be fix while all the time advising ventilation can't be checked as your pictures are not clear. They're as clear as they can be with a torch and contorting round the back of a cupboard unit that has the pipework for the qettle boiler, chiller and sink in it.
I'm a little more then disappointed. They should advertise that our products last for 2 to 3 years, the price does not reflect the quality and the only way to fix the chiller is to add it to landfill and buy a new one.
Very poor service and very poor customer service.
Buyers should be aware that these products cannot be fixed. Though when you buy them given they have their own approved engineers to fit them I logically thought they would be able to help with any repairs or issues and made sure they were installed and fitted as per their precise instructions to avoid any issues should they be faulty.
I would not buy this product again and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are much more cost effective alternatives that will last longer and can be repaired should they have issues.
Update - Qettles reply tells you a lot about a company. Questionable photos as they describe it have led them to believe there is no suitable ventilation. The whole back of the cupboard was left off with a 6 inch space behind it that goes on for about 3 metres. Their instructions advise you install a vent.
They had the option to send an engineer but wanted to charge for it. So there appear to be NO facts at all in their response other then as always to fling dirt at the customer and make it their fault. Again BUYER BEWARE - Shoddy goods that clearly have known issues and the company makes no mention of them nor do they advise that the unit cannot be repaired. When trying to repair independently of them they refuse to provide the manufacturers information. It appears they may produce it themselves, but again they don't state this.

Fantastic customer service! We have had our Qettle for 2 years, and discovered a problem with the tank. Qettle responded promptly and sent us a replacement tank and fitting instructions without any quibble. Special thanks to Customer Services Advisor Euan Emerson!

Excellent product, very happy with our purchase. Lower end of the range but outstanding quality evident in all components. Easy to follow instructions, excellent back up from customer services.
In use for several weeks now and wondering why we didn’t fit one years ago

We've had the Qettle Original 4 In 1 tap now for two weeks and I must say I'm not 100% loving it just yet. We had a hot water tap previously from a different brand, half the price of this one and found the functionality of it much easier but unfortunately the boiler started leaking so we moved away and looked at Qettle. Things that I do like is that it is a 4 in 1, I like how the hot and cold filtered water is separate from the normal hot and cold. I like that the water taste nice, clean and fresh. It's a good quality product, I like the indicator light on the base of the tap which will show you when to change the filter and if it detects any leaks. However unfortunately I do have some issues with it and those are....
1) When you turn the hot water tap on it doesn't always come out with boiling water straight away, I put my finger through it yesterday to check and I was okay but after a few seconds or so it does get to boiling.
2) The boiling water can sometimes come out in calm stream even when not previously used and at other times it's as aggressive as anything hissing and spitting. I really don't like that very aggressive release of water, I've gotten used to it but it's very scary and my family don't want to go near it after they heard and saw how the water comes out.
3) When turning the hot water tap off it easily slips over to the cold filter tap.
4) I would have preferred the boiler to have a digital display showing you what the water temperature has reached at, the other day I had some guests and had to make 4 teas/coffees by the time I got to the 4th cuppa the water was just hot not boiling and I had no idea how long it would take to get back to boiling. Just out of interest I wonder how many mugs of tea this 2l boiler claims to make because I found it was 3 only!
I'm hoping that over time it works well for us as a family and that it lasts and is a good solid product.

I am very happy with my Qettle tap. As a company they were very helpful. I spoke at length to them before ordering. The order itself was straightforward and the tap arrived in two weeks. It was then fitted by Qettle the following day. The whole process was very simple and I am very pleased with the tap itself.

Good quality materials, nice packaging, easy to install and works so well an added bonus to the kitchen. The cold water filter I don’t know how we’ve not had one of these before nicer to drink easy to top up coffee machine and iron instead of using water from a filter jug. One of the few companies which guarantee 100c boiling water.

The Qettle took a wee while to arrive, which was expected, but all good. It has yet to be plumbed in so can't give a full review yet.
