A very good and responsive solicitor
Had a very good experience with Jayshree.
Buying a house is a very stressful thing specially because there si a lot of unknowns. In the process of buying, Jay was always available for us explaining all the details that we have asked and answering all the concerns that we had.
Regarding the steps itself, everything was checked and I think she did a wonderful job there as well.
Looking back, I would have appreciated even more if they had a more structured guidance before each major step of the process. For example, at the begining a 15 min video call with a PowerPoint presentation of the steps that explains the steps, expected timelines and the required documents would have been nice. And may be a quick 10 min hand holding session before exchange to go through the report would have been nice as well.
That being said, I have called and emailed Jay in the process many times and she has answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know so I have nothing to be unhappy about :)
Would definitly recommend them to my friends and come back when I need a solicitor again in the future.
