Very Poor Quality and Planning – Not Recommended
Q&M Limited installed elZinc Graphite cladding at my property and the result has been hugely disappointing. Poor planning meant different batches and panel orientations were mixed on the same façade, creating an obvious patchwork effect the manufacturer specifically advises against.
Workmanship was substandard — dents, scratches, poor detailing — and the fitter spent much of the job on loudspeaker calls instead of focusing on the work. Despite repeated requests, major defects remain unresolved, yet they still demand full payment.
Would not recommend based on my experience.
