I recently purchased the Barra 250z .22 in the camo. Also got 8 tins of pellets. Arrived when expected. The gun had a issue with pellets getting stuck half in magazine half in chamber. I contacted customer support, spoke with Jade, she was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue by offering to send a replacement or issue a refund. The replacement is expected to arrive today.
I will buy from Pyramyd again, and recommend them.

I tried to place an order for an Air Force TalonSS in 22 caliber . I wanted to bundle it and had some questions about mounting and zeroing the scope. I had everything in my cart except the mounting / zeroing cost. I could not find the upgrade on the website. I called and someone was to return my call the next day which never happened. Now the price has gone back to regular cost. It was on sale for 34% off.

Having a need for, ground squirrel invasion, and the desire to try a new type of pellet rifle with features I wanted, I was totally disappointed in its inability to perform. From a supported level position shooting at a 1 ft square target from 3 meters with a new nitrogen cylinder, and never found the target. After my 8th cycle of JSB MATCH DIABOLO EXACT .22 cal 5.5 mm, the magazine failed to load. The load lever engaged tight after 1/4 fully closed. Two different magazines failed to load. Without a magazine, the rod is aligned with the barrel. I was looking forward to a product that lived up to its advertisement. Any suggestions?
Update: 7-23-25. Even though I had the scope mounted and zeroed, it wasn’t. At 39 ft. pellets hit 2” high and 1 1/2” left. After adjustments and most of the rest of that first cylinder, now the rifle is on target. I’ve put 45 rounds and another cylinder with consistent accuracy. My initial concerns about performance have been positively resolved. Overall a great rifle.

I bought a XM1S4 air rifle. The promotional discount and the super fast shipping were spectacular. When the box was dropped off it was damaged and the interior box was damaged also. The manual has a hole in the cover from external pressure. The gun looks ok but I don’t know what to do, try it or send it back ?

Great customer service, very helpful and courteous. I had problem with a newly purchased airgun. They tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone , couldn't find a remedy. They sent me a shipping label to send it back, and immediately sent me a replacement.

I have been ordering from Pyramid Air since 2000. Bought all but one Air rifle from them ( I have four of them ) Only reason I didn't buy my fourth one from them, was because they didn't have it at the time. Their packaging is awesome! Highly reccomend them to any one who wants good prices and A+ customer service.

I originally was a bit apprehensive about ordering the HW75 online. It was however, a very easy, seamless transaction. Pyramid Air was quick to get their part of the transaction completed & get the item shipped to me. It was a pleasant surprise, and I plan to do more business with Pyramid Air! The HW75 itself was mostly what I expected. Out of 5 stars, I’d give it a 4-star rating. Accuracy=5, Trigger=4.4, Sights=3, Operation=3.5, Instructions=4.5. My 2 biggest complaints are I don’t know whose hand these grips are supposed to fit, but it’s sure not mine! Unless you have like 6-inch long fingers, these grips are too big! The ambidextrous safety is a complete disaster on its location. Whether you are right or left handed, the safety is in the way of your trigger finger, & not in a comfortable position.

Thought I had a dud. Frist 2 rounds I fired & nothing came out of barrel. crosman co2 cylinder was a dud, not the gun. cleared BB's out and installed another new co2 cylinder and gun works great.
Fast shipping from Pyramyd Air. Will be stepping up to a PCP unit next.

Way too difficult to find your inventory of less lethal guns. I have spent more time trying to find them than should be needed. Buried deep in a non related category. A few times I have given up and ordered from one of your competitors.

I ordered (slug) ammo and the packaging wasn't the best, box ripped open and one item was lost in shipping. Called customer service and replacement was quickly mailed out. I would have given 5 stars, but the packaging department needs some revision, proper packaging of heavy (lead) ammo needs extra padding and stronger boxes.
