They replied quickly to my service request, made a diagnosis based on photos and explanation I sent by email and suggested how I could fix it myself, if I wanted to, which I appreciated. But we are renting from friends so I didn't want to take any risk -- they were quick to schedule a visit. The specialist arrived on time, confirmed the diagnosis and did the required work quickly and effectively, even noticing and pointing out a mistake made by another 'specialist' who we then called back to fix their error! All the while, as others have noted, they weren't merely cordial but very friendly. A nice experience all-around.
