Your Advisor Karan, made the experience worth it. I would suggest the the calendar used in your app to select a birth date year, be changed as the only option I had, was to swipe until I could reach my birth year, and it was a nuisance. Otherwise,nice app.

As Empath I don't take my work lightly. On this platform you cannot express yourself or talk about spiritual stuff in depth. There's a quality reviewer that's like some sort of AI technology. Watching conversations and pointing out specific words. If you talk about spiritual things. They red flag it. As spiritual healing. Demonic entities. Hexes and curses. However there was not even a discussion on that topic. Just learning a client the basic ways on how to connect with spirit guide. So I took a screenshot from the conversation where I was red-flaged. And showed it directly to the customer. My account was terminated because of this. Why can't they send the warning to the client and tell them straight they are not allowed to ask certain questions. Even though those things were not even discussed .. . As a person that really cares. If you need real help in life. Do not spend your money on this platform. Advisors are micromanaged. And the slightest little truth can turn into a negative review that weighs a lot more than a positive one. It's just interesting. Some rude clients can leave a negative review. But when a reader exposes their micromanagement. It is seen as speaking negatively against the platform. But they don't worry if there is negative talks and crunching down on a psychic from certain psychopaths that cannot understand that love cannot be forced. Oh no They have to full Right to say what they want. And to judge you from their perspective. Anyone that wants to work here you have been warned.

Purple Ocean treats their advisors very poorly. I recently got terminated for for missing a one hour video which I did not get a warning to let me know that my that I was in danger like I normally get second of all I did not get an email stating that I was going to be terminated so I am going to take legal action and sue Purple Ocean for wrongfully terminating my account. I have been an advisor on there for over eight years ever since they teamed up with Ingenio Company went downhill terminating many advisors for no good reason and lying about it. I am done with these so-called Psychic lines treating advisors like dirt this time. I am taking legal action if my account is not activated.

I got fired because a POS client sent me lewd pics and I got terminated immediately even though I did zero....I didnt hit the "red button" to end the text conversation... so if your an attractive female and perverts stalk you on the app YOU are punished! Bunch of BS their app should screen against clients uploading lewd pics....not my responsibility to police their image rules. F them they are trash.

This is the absolute most terrible Psychic Company to work for. If you are a Psychic and you are considering working here read the other reviews listed about this company from other Psychic's that have worked there and have been subjected to ill treatment. Know that the negative reports that are being said about this company are 100% True and accurate. The following is my experince. They will terminate your account and make up a blatant LIE why they did so. The company practices unethical treatment of their own physics. This company allows abuse of the psychics, actually encourages it by not allow a block button and forcing you to read for clients that have harassed you. They also allow clients to contact you after their reading is over via a so called "clarity chat box" which is used by the clients on this site to harass and bullying psychic's into giving them additional time which equates to free readings without pay and is extremely draining for the Psychic. If you do not respond to the clients for free they threaten to leave you a negative review and they know how detrimental 1 single negative review holds over the Psychics on this site. So basically you are FORCED to continue reading for clients for free or run the risk of a negative review. Know that When you receive a negative review you are basically shadowed banned and the negative reviews hold 100% more weight in comparison to your positive reviews. Which means that your pay rate will decrease significantly. Customer service is a joke run by 3 women that are clearly uneducated and ALL practice unethical behavior. This company will probable have many lawsuits coming against them and I predict they will not last much longer. I see this company going UNDER. They need to be reported to the better business bureau. Do not waste your time working here. You have been warned.

Raised prices to $18 for 3 mins. That’s a major rip off. A lot of readers readers are also inaccurate. I was a long time customer but won’t be using them anymore. Go over to Binnaz. You’ll get much more for your money.

I worked with this company as an independent contractor/psychic and they broke so many of the laws for independent contractors by micromanaging and also being abusive, and not allowing the psychics to raise their prices during sales so the psychics ended up making peanuts. They are controlling, they gaslight, and I am going through an attorney and they are in a lot of trouble.

I have had a few readings from different readers on Purple Ocean and none of them have been accurate. The latest reading I had got delivered within less than five minutes of me ordering it. What the reader said wasn’t resonating with me. She has a five star rating and has a “top accuracy” badge which is misleading.

Please be weary of these apps. I used them for 8 years nothing came through. Don’t waste your money and get hooked on nonsense.

This platform does not care about the people that works for them. Clients of purple ocean can leave you any negative review as they want. Especially when they hear something that they don't want to hear. And the review stays there forever. Also on a standard video reading a client pays $15 for a video reading and the reader/psychic only gets $1.80. this is the ultimate caring company.

Readers are treated horribly! I am a psychic on Purple Ocean. I love the app it’s very fun and exciting when you get an order.. But when you receive a bad review it stays forever, couple months back I contacted purple ocean cause of a customer being just so rude, and they did not reply till days later and did NOTHING… I also told them that I have a family emergency and I was unable to deliver an order because I was literally at my grandmothers funeral and they suspended me for a week saying “you are fully responsible for when you are available & we need proof cause unfortunately this has been abused in the past” Okay I do believe it being abused but what did they want from me?? a photo of her casket? smh. If you are thinking of becoming a reader just be aware cause no matter what you do and how you do it you are wrong 110% of the time

Crappy interface. The Negative Reviews of trolls and insincere customers are visible forever . And it tanks the psychics reputation unfairly and makes them feel insecure and horrible .... The interface seriously needs to change

This app is so toxic. The clients are really narccistic and pushy usually. Although some are very nice.

Its really unusual to have the negative reviews there for everyone to say all of which are fake and written by complete a@@ holes who only came for like a 3 min reading and didnt even listen to what I was saying.

Psychics who want to work there be warned. There are so many evil people giving out PSYCHIC ATTACKS and negative energy attacks at you. Dont do this job thinking its light and be secure and cautious of your energy .. almost every client there is an energy vampire wanting nothing but your soul
And they argue and fight all the time its so ridiculous

I was an advisor on Purple Ocean garden and tides for over five years with 7000 readings performed 3000 good reviews and only 30 bad reviews they terminated my account without proper explanation stating that it was for sole discretion. This company is horrible to work for. They will never side with you they want you to get a fairytale readings and allow you to get abused by clients that are harassing you and argumentative with low energy Their customer service team is always upset and finds you in the wrong no matter what the situation is. And reprimands you as advisor and they will give you penalties if they hear your dog barking in the background or if your neighbor is too loud and suspend your account for days whenever they feel like it there very racist against the eastern Romani culture and a lot of the advisers on their platform is eastern Romani descent the demand you to give time frames and read for clients, I have left you negative reviews, as well as expose themselves indecently to you if I can give them zero stars, I would whatever you do no one apply for this company or work for them they take more than 45% of every revenue you generate and getting very offended when you work with angels God and energy they want everyone to give the same cookie cutter tarot, reading and monitor your reading so much if your dog walks in the background of a reading, they will send you an email warning you about it for a penalty
