Beautiful stained glass look…
After we carefully measured and ordered online the window film was delivered really quickly. Applying the film to our plain glass panels either side of the front door was surprisingly easy and it has made such a difference to our hall. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Purlfrost.

Love it, so easy to put up!
I'm so pleased I've got the chance to review this film, I LOVE IT!!!! Beautifully made, I got the William Morrisesque design, put off doing it for 3 months, thought it would be difficult on my own, so stupid, took 20 minutes!! So easy, looks amazing, ordering another! Thank you :-)

Excellent Product
Easy to order, prompt delivery and now i've finally got round to putting the safety film up (four panels on an old cupboard with glass doors) it was really straight forward, with good clear and helpful instructions. It wasn't as difficult as i'd imagined, and the result is very good. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Purlfrost Courier can't deliver to some addresses
I can't quite believe that we've had to cancel our order of window film because their courier (DX) can't deliver a parcel of a certain size to particular addresses. I've ordered for a residential address before that has more restricted access and parking with no issues and yet Purlfrost's office manager Tania has happily accepted my request for a full refund because their courier has stated they can't deliver to our address. Farcical situation! I won't be using this company again.

Dear Adrian, we're so sorry that none of our partnered courier companies are unable to deliver to your Scottish Borders address.
We understand how frustrating this is for some customers but the products we sell cannot be packaged any other way, unless you order shorter widths of film (1 m or less in one direction)
Due to the length of the tube (1.5m for a 1.5m x1.5m piece of film) the cost was too prohibitive with an alternative courier for the value of the order, so your request for a refund was the best solution in this instance.
