I havent received my order and looking at other reviews here the company may have shut.

I ordered deodorant 6th June. Haven't received it or had any response to my messages.
I am very disappointed as I like the product.

Ordered plum oil, had no idea we wouldn’t receive the product or seemingly have any way of contacting them! 0 stars. Do not trust!

No response to an order that didn't arrive. It was over £100. I have had no response from repeated emails and getting in touch via instagram. If someone from Pure purpose sees this, I'd love either the products or a refund.

My wife just loved the Pure Purpose deodorants, they smell fresh, keeps her fresh all day. and they are environmentally friendly - so a double win!

Used this company in the past for a great deodorant, went to reorder after running out and sadly it looks like the company has gone under but is still taking people's money.

Really really disappointing but needs to be stopped as people are losing money.

Order never has been send to me, it looks like this company is a SCAM!!!

My order never arrived and I have not heard back from the emails I have sent to their customer service team.

Do not buy from this company. Payment taken and items never received.

I haven’t received the product I ordered 2 weeks ago, and customer services have not replied to my E-mails enquiring about its whereabouts. Plus the tracking up “Shop” they suggest you use to follow your purchase doesn’t seem to work.

Do not purchase from this company. Total scam.
They take your money and never deliver.
They ignore all requests and emails. I have sent over ten emails contacted them via Instagram Facebook and still ignored. If you want to give your money away then this is a company that will take it.
Disgusting customer service

I last successfully ordered in 2020 the deodorants were great. I stocked up at the time and having run out in Jan this year I placed my order. I have heard nothing since and had no response to my emails. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so I'm waiting to see if they can get a response and if not my payment should be refunded from them. It's such a shame another company has presumably been hit by the rising costs but to leave a website active and taking payments still is very questionable. I wouldn't purchase again.

I recently tried some products from this company and I loved them so much I had to go back for more. I love the oils, they feel and smell luxurious and make my skin feel amazing. I have tried many different brands over the years and this is by far my favourite. Very reasonably priced too!

I’m have not received my items which were ordered 2 weeks ago. All emails are bouncing back from your info@ email and no response on instagram either. Not even sure if you are still in business but my payment went through.

Ordered 2 bottles of plum oil on 25 Nov 2022, still not received (Jan 2022). Have sent numerous chaser emails and enquiries via the website, but no answer. Really angry and out of pocket to the tune of £34.

I still didn’t receive my parcel or an update about it. No communication …..

I still don't have my order, weeks after placing it. I contacted customer service twice by email with no response, and the tracking link says the order is "getting ready".
