Be careful when you make a purchase…

Be careful when you make a purchase same logic of modern day companies trying to increase their revenue by tag you into a subscription that you never asked for. They will email you back at a generic reply advising many customers prefer a subscription which is done true they had a subscription option at checkout.

Rubbish customer service and very rude

Rubbish customer service and very rude! Bought a face mask from them and they sent me a child size mask, And when I contacted them to let them know they sent me the wrong size mask, they told me to give it to a friend, like they heard I’m santa claus out here buying gifts for friends.

Causes pain in older adults. Ridiculous return policy.

Beware ordering this turmeric if you are a 60+ female. It causes severe body aches in a high percentage of users that do not subside with time. I made the mistake of ordering 6 more bottles before I realized that it was the turmeric causing my pain. (I did my research too late.) PureNature would only allow me to return one order "because that is our policy". Arbitrary, and without any reason. So here I am, on a limited income, stuck with more than $100 worth of this product that I can't use, and they could have easily resold. What kind of company does that?

Shocking service, will never buy from them again, totally incompetent staff.

Ordered online from Germany, but their software box wouldn't allow me to enter rural UK address (XYZ House Farm, XYZ Village, Town, Postcode). Rang them, had to give address 4 - 5 times, they still couldn't grasp it. Eventually emailed it to them, they entered it incorrectly but allowed me to manually alter to correct address. Couple of days later they'd changed it back to incorrect one!! I told them, manually altered it to correct one again, first order arrived OK.

Second order, they'd REVERSED the correct address AGAIN to read incorrectly, as a result of which the order was dumped, in the pouring rain, in the open, at a house a mile away, with only my name, the village and postcode showing on the label. Luckily the owners of that house knew me, so when they got back from holiday (2 days later!!) they brought the disintegrated, sodden large package round. Fortunately the items were almost all almond milk cartons so not spoiled, but if they'd been on holiday longer, everything would have been ruined.

I had been given no tracking number, tracking link, or tracking address with the order, so had no means of knowing when it was supposed to be arriving - whichever courier it was hadn't contacted me, nor left a card at the house it was dumped at.

I immediately emailed the company (Friday afternoon) and was given a complaint ticket number by return. Despite sending them a reminder on Monday afternoon, I have still heard nothing further, 4 days later (1.5 working days). Disgraceful.

It took almost two weeks before my product got shipped off

I ordered 3 different items, but it took 12 days before they were sent from Germany.

But once they got sent it only took 3 days to arrive in Denmark. THAT is impressive, very nice.

Also I e-mailed the company and asked when is my order going to get shipped?, but they never answered....

But hey: Cheap shipping and cheap but still good quality products.!

All in all: I'm am going to buy many more products from PureNature again in times to come.!
