The ring was just as we wanted the quality and craftsmanship was second to none. Was so well packaged and came with all relevant documents. The ring far exceeded our expectations. I have used purely diamonds for several purchases and their service and products are always top notch! I always compare prices when buying jewellery and cannot find anything in terms of price for the same quality anywhere else. Within the last few years I have purchased five items of jewellery from this company including rings, a neclace and a bracelet.

The most recent was a Christmas gift hidden away since September. A beautiful rose gold / diamond tennis bracelet and a white gold diamond & pink Saphire ring.

From start to finish, the customer service is excellent.

The jewellery is worn daily and never removed, all standing up to the usual vigour of daily life, holidays and sport.

I had a wonderful experience with Purely Diamonds. From start to finish, their customer service was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They made the process of creating my engagement ring easy and enjoyable, and the final result was absolutely beautiful.

The company is one of a kind there is no pressure selling, you say what you would like and it is bespoke just for you nothing is too much trouble. I love the fact you can choose which metal, size of diamonds, clarity and length of chain and if you need a tweek they will do it for you without any trouble. The staff are so professional and friendly it’s a pleasure to go there.

Not sure how many years ago I came across purely Diamonds, but I have been extremely happy with the quality of the rings earrings and jewelry I have bought, even two bespoke rings made how we want. Fabulous

I have used Purely Diamonds in the past to buy necklaces for my wife from their impressive range of items. This time I wanted something very specific to go with an existing Emerald pendant.
I used an existing design as the basis and increased the size of the emeralds and the size of the necklace. First class service all the way through the process and the end result is exactly what my wife wanted. She is already planning her next design.
