The woman who fields inbound customer service calls couldn't be any more rude. My package was never delivered and she just tells me to call FEDEX instead of opening a claim as the shipper. Essentially, this company stole almost $100 from me, since I don't have any product that I paid for. Beware of any company that will not take responsibility for ensuring its product gets to the Buyer.
